Venus, you’re also the best!!! 😊😎 what a great place to stay, we felt like family, almost like a bed and breakfast because it lacked the “coldness” of a Hotel. The room was perfect and the staff bent over backwards to make sure that we were properly looked after! Great job 👏 see you soon 😎👍

Very good small hotel. Everything is close by so i would say worth the price i paid . Good breakfast and nice garden outside .

We checked in late at night and the man that answered the door was very accommodating and helpful! Everything was clean and although are stay was very short I would return on my next visit to Cusco!

Hotel is in a perfect location to call your home base when exploring Cusco and surrounding area. Rooms are decent, clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with basic fare. The Staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. Definitely walkable to many sites and restaurants.

I liked the room however they made a false promise of lunch box for my flight. But they said they can’t provide me one, should’ve been upfront and honest about it before hand.

The location and wifi were good. The breakfast was decent (eggs, hot dog, fruits, cheese, ham, etc.) The shower had warm water, which was great since I didn't have it at my last hotel. I didn't try tv.

We would have liked at least another wastepaper basket in the room and the soap container at the sink remained depleted. The room was always cleaned well.

Easy walk from train station, suited us perfectly.

It was fairly cheap. It had an elevator!! Did not look like the pictures due to construction and our very large family room did not have an updated bathroom like the pictures. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was meager. It was clean, and the grandson loved that he could cast his Disney+ downloads to the TV. We were a few blocks from Avenida del Sol and Perú Cafe- best crepes ever! The entrance to the hotel is a barred gate to a parking garage which was initially unexpected

The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. If the water in the shower was hot or at least comfortable the hotel would be perfect. I’ve stayed with this hotel 3 times and will return again. Please maybe give us hot water.

Absolutely awful. Freezing rooms, not hot water 2 out of 3 days

The people that work there are extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. They all help with suggestions for food and shopping since we arrived very late. My only complaints are the lack of hot water and the beds are a bit hard. My personal preference

I don't understand why this property has such high ratings. It's cheap, but really not that cheap to justify the problems. First the good: the breakfast is ok. It has eggs, meat, and avocados. But nothing particularly good. I would have rather got breakfast from a restaurant nearby. The packed breakfasts are a small granola bar, juice box, water, and crackers. Staff were polite. Now the bad. No heating. Front desk had some old space heaters but Cusco gets very cold in the evening and morning. Coming home to a cold hotel is straight awful. Even worse, the showers have serious issues with hot water. It takes about 5 minutes for hot water to come out, if it comes out. It often doesn't and if it does it will go from hot to cold at a moment's notice. With cold being painfully cold. Often there was just no hot water at all and I'd give up. No kettles in the room. No facial tissue in the room. No coffee machine in the room. No hair driver in the room. The overhead light doesn't fully turn off at night and lights up the room a bit. Bathroom had a rusted shelf.

Close to rail service, great hot water but no heating, not sure if they would provide heathers upon request we did not ask because it was not that cold in Cusco when we arrived
