Affordable price with great facilities! The hotel was very clean and tidy, and it’s really close to the activities and attractions in the city center, so you can easily explore the area on foot. I honestly didn’t expect the hotel to be this spacious at such an affordable price. Definitely coming back when I’m in Ipoh again—highly recommended! They also have smart parking, which is a great plus.

First time trying a staycation with my bestie at this hotel, it was truly the best. The food was also delicious, the location strategic, and the hotel staff friendly. You must try staying at this hotel if you are on vacation in Malaysia.

The hotel location is strategic for our family short trip. Walking distance to and fro the train station and most tourist spots. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean too.

The staff said the hotel is newly refurbished in 2024. I love the ID and the whole hotel smells great. At the hallway, in the elevator, at the lobby. The triple room is clean and comfortable. The only downside is the parking. Not enough parking space. Other than that, we had an excellent short stay. Will come back again for sure.

- Nearest to KTM.. walking distance only.. if "warga emas" better naik Grab.. 5 min only. - Nearest to all attractions like Concubine Lane, mural art, Gerbang Malam, hibiscus dim sum, (and again.. warga emas or raining.. better naik Grab..) - 25-30 min to Kellie's Castle (if raining better booked Grab early) - 15-20 min to The Lost World - A lot of Grab.. don't worry.. until night - Have 7E at hotel - ALL staff.. I mean ALL STAFF so friendly & helpful with welcoming sincere big smiling.. your safety tiptop.. - Hotel entrance door.. little bit adventurous dangerous for those who drive due to no space to "park" the car.. only small corner space at busy road.. but Grab still can pick up/drop you.. - Bathroom sink.. maybe you have to deep cleaning ya.. - Breakfast... err.. like food heat from microwave and tasteless.. including salad bar.. so sad.. sorry.. BUT the view so fantastic.. Recommended to stay here for those who want to explore Ipoh heritage.

Comfy room, has ironing board & hairdryer, but the receptionist is extremely sloww and it doesn’t open 24/7 so we had difficulties checking in & out

The hotel is near some tourist attractions, and there is a lot of halal food around the hotel. The staff are so helpful and very kind. The room is also very clean, and they provide a dispenser on each floor.

Hotel room after renovate is good. Hope can maintain. Problem is parking. Too little parking space and the junction from hotel to main road is very dangerous. Totally can’t see the car from main road. Should put a big mirror or blocks there. If drive alone i really don’t know how to go to main road. This should be solve immediately.

We're travelling on business purposes and the room that I acquired fits 4 of us and is very comfortable.

Location is good and convenient to go angwhere by grab. Bed is comfy however double bed a bit small

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to tourist attractions, such as Concubine Lane and the Birch Clock Tower. The view from our room was beautiful. We booked a Triple Premiere room. It was very comfortable and clean. What I liked most was the water dispenser on each floor, so we were free to drink, so we didn't have to buy additional mineral water. Oh yes, there is also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor, which is not 24 hours. Very convenient. What disappointed me a little was that during check-in, the staff seemed unenthusiastic. The check-in process took quite a long time, even though my family and I were tired from the air and land travel. The staff seemed confused about calculating the tourist tax and Ipoh tax for 3 rooms and 2 nights. She tried calculating on paper, but the total was wrong, so I had to correct it. It turned out that when I checked out, I was still charged RM 30 for tourist tax. After further investigation, it turned out that the staff who checked me in miscalculated the total tourist tax, which delayed the check-out process. Other than that, everything was fine. The security is also very friendly, always helping to open the door and greet you.
