We booked 2 nights. The stay was fine except that our room was not properly serviced after our first night. When we returned to our room for the second evening our bed had just been trown together and was not made up professionally the way you expect at a hotel. In the bathroom our bath towels were originally rolled up tight and sitting on a rack. After we usedd them we left them hanging on the hooks behind the door. When we returned they had been folded up haphazardly and put back on the rack. We had no idea whos towel was whos. In my mind if you are going to touch the towels, you replace them. Otherwise leave them alone. We were disappointed with the servicing of the room during our stay.

The property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was decent. My only criticism for the hotel itself is that the pool was sooo cold that it was unusable. It definitely was not heated. The hot tub was fine but due to medical reasons I could not go in. So I was really disappointed that the pool was unusable. Not the hotels fault but there were loud trucks coming and going near the property all night long. The hotel is also near train tracks and the whistle blew all night. If you are a light sleeper like my family it was awful. So just be cautious as there are multiple hotels by this one that would have the same noise issue. We will not stay here again due to location only. It was way too loud for us.

Staff is amazing from check in to check out. We’re from Montana USA but this hotel gave us 5star rating. If i’m still off tomorrow we could’ve stayed another night. This would be our number 1 hotel now in Lethbridge
