The room and the hotel has a smell very strong that provoked us allergic.

Everything si excelent near to super market and restaurants

No mention of no window & towels are totally bad! No blankets

No hot water

Location Close to shopping and the availability of transportation

Staff was the best part. Both our rooms were very dirty. Everything was dirty, we had to go to the store next door and buy clorox wipes

Very comfortable beds, a big deal in Mexico. Room was very nice and very spacious. Clean. Good AC. It was 100 degrees outside. Right by an air conditioned shopping mall, not a great mall, but groceries, movies, etc. and air conditioning.

I like because the hotel is near of the central bus station to travel to San Cristobal de las Casas, shopping mall, market, and movie theater.

Very pleasant experience! Just a few more options of breakfast would be great.

El hotel está muy bien, el cuarto muy amplio, limpio y todo funcionó muy bien. El diseño no es tan bonito pero lo recomiendo ampliamente. Faltan cobijas en los cuartos

Great hotel, clean, comfortable beds and a great breakfast included!

Simple and convenient hotel. Quiet, comfy beds, right next door to the bu station, easy to check in and out, and 40/45 min taxi ride to the airport (which they will arrange for you on request). Don't expect a window with a view, but given it's Tuxtla this is no great loss. The breakfast is adequate but the coffee's not great. It's practical for a night or two.

A big problem is the parking because is inside a shopping center.

Room did not have window and I felt like I was I prison.
