A lovely warm welcome and a great location. Staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with a little updating and the only downside was the filter coffee. Not anything else to complain about and we would definitely stay again. It was great to have the air conditioning as it was very hot weather.

It’s a dated building but I can tell you the AC worked great! We were there during a record heat wave. The breakfast staff was less than kind. We tried each morning to sit away from the sunny windows and both times they promptly told us they were saving those tables for families. No families came in during either our breakfasts and there were plenty of tables throughout the restaurant to accommodate them if they did arrive. I was very polite whilst requesting seating that was needed to accommodate my needs. We even tipped them!!

We had a great stay for 2 nights! Beds were very comfortable, room clean and there was A/C which isn’t easy to find in older buildings. Breakfast was very very good! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Location is not too far for walking to the main shopping area.

The hotel was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an excellent assortment of food for any palate. Would definitely recommend the hotel to any travelers.

Very nice hotel, great food and staff were excellent. Very comfortable and welcoming. Fresh water offered each day as the weather was very hot. Small car park so advanced booking is recommended. Great place for a weekend break.

Good Location, Lovely breakfast, Extremely friendly staff. The hotel doesnt have elevators , so be prepared to carry your luggage via the stairs. Hotel does have air conditioning which is very helpful in the summer heat. Fairly old rooms but clean.

Conveniently location to Windsor Castle. Exceptional breakfast, clean rooms with air conditioning, great plus in this heat wave. Loved it.

Found dusty areas in a room and bathroom. Staff were nice and try to be helpful.

Lovely small hotel with a great breakfast

The best thing about the stay were how friendly & helpful the staff were. The best staff I have ever met in a hotel. Everyone was so accommodating from reception, waiting staff & cleaners. The hotel owner is very lucky to have staff like this & they are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was really good also. One piece of feedback but not important, maybe consider investing in a coffee machine as I missed my cappuccino!

Nice hotel with a 15min walk into the center of town. If you have a car do reserve the limited parking spots well in advance of your arrival. Super friendly staff and great breakfast to start the day.

Very clean Air conditioned room. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Good choice of Breakfast. Car park with a couple of chargers available.

Clean room excellent breakfast

Lovely welcoming staff. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was very nice but no croissants! The cooked breakfast was lovely freshly cooked and no grease. I would recommend this hotel but don’t expect a modern new build, this place has lots of character but is clean and well maintained.
