Overall, great place and very close to the downtown. The only problem was having to lower the bollard blocking the road in order to drive to the front of the hotel. And the parking garage was a bit of a walk, but free. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room

Be aware if you are arriving with luggage: Very steep and narrow stairs. Staff was very helpful !

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was quiet and not far from shopping and restaurants. So much to do in this area.

Owner was super helpful and accommodating. Told us about free parking outside the building on Sundays which was a lovely bonus and avoided a parking garage charge for us. Family room was on the ground floor. Cramped space but comfortable beds for 4. Bathroom and shower were renovated and clean. A great location in town centre where you can walk to all sights. No comment about breakfast as we did not eat there.

Great location. Unfortunately there is no elevator and our room was up 3 flights of stairs with luggage a challenge. Breakfast was great with Nespresso coffee. Easy to walk entire Avignon sites. Frederick gave us excellent info on what to see and where to eat. Charming Boutique hotel although the streets cape next to a Tattoo parlour was a bit off putting . However only one block to main shopping street with lots of restaurants nearby. Modernized clean room. Overlooked a brick wall- go for superior garden suite.

The hotel was very old. Staff was nice.

Room was clean and the location was very good. Walkable to everything we were interested to check out. We did have a rental car and the available public parking was about a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was ok.

The manager was so helpful. He showed us a map on how to find free parking and was waiting for us to check in even though we were a little late because we did not understand how to park our car during check in. Very good stay and located well for walking the area.

Tiny room, no elevator. Great welcoming host!

The location of this property can't be beat; less than 10 minutes one way is the train station, and less than 10 the other is the Palais des Papes. The room was small but clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. The onky thing close to negative to add is that the curtain did not cover the entire window, but I'm an early riser, so it didn't bother me at all.

Great location. The gentleman who checkered

Nice mid-level hotel in the heart of Avignon. A short walk from the train station and to the main shopping area with several restaurants. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sight seeing. The room was spacious and clean. The only caveat is that rooms on the upper floor are not suitable for travelers with physical limitations, as you need to carry up your luggage two flights of stairs, including a very narrow spiral staircase, to get to the top floor. But overall it was a great experience, and I would stay here again.

The hotel is close.to the train station and one street over from the main street so it is a little quieter. They have 3 cats on the property, which I enjoyed petting. The room was taken over by the bed but was clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

Hotel has a good central location. It is clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and let me check in early, there were also three friendly cats on the property. My room was a bit awkward to get to and it was quite small.

Habitación grande, sin ventanas para abrir y gran lo de humedad, imposible estar sin aire acondicionado. Para llegar a la habitación hay que pasar por el toilette público del hotel en planta baja. Falta de información, una lástima. Solo una noche de dos pasamos.

Perfect for an overnight in Avignon! Warm, helpful welcome, very comfortable bed, well-located

The room I booked was excellent for me as a solo female traveller. It’s easily walkable with your gear from the station and close to the bus stop for trips out of Avignon. The walk to the hotel feels safe returning at night and there are nearby pub/restaurant if you don’t want to go far at night. The reception process was great - giving me all the information I needed to get around. The room was basic but clean comfy and affordable for a solo traveller. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel to comment. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very charming and has a great eclectic decor. It is among the closest hotels to the train station and the proprietor Frederick is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.
