Great location and food. Only slight concern was a need for TLC in places. The stair handrail needs painting and some WiFi nodes were hanging by their wires. Also note that the photo of lounge area is now a bar area and needs updating. Lovely big bathroom and room we had which was excellent

All the staff were incredibly polite and more than happy to help. Bar staff in eve were amazing , can’t remember names but a tall blonde girl and an Australian lad. First class service. Breakfast was absolutely lovely also.

The breakfast was amazing cooked fresh, & service very good. The wine a good selection. Lovely Room clean, except for the toilet brush wasn't clean. I tucked it into a corner so i didn't have to see it!

Fantastic stay

Parking not far away, streets nice and narrow. Shame restaurant and bar were not open to try, but NARLA across the road took walkins and was utterly brilliant

This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Fowey. We have stayed here a few times now and each time has been thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are friendly and keen to do what they can for you, the rooms are great (ours had double aspect windows over the river, which was delightful), and the food is really good too (we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant). Ideally placed to explore Fowey and all its shops, cafes and restaurants. We would happily visit again.

We had a lovely stay to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Marco the Manager was extremely welcoming , even putting our bags in our lovely room. The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay. We will be back.

Room was comfortable, shared areas though, main reception hallway, being used to dump washing bags, decorators leaving tools and boxes everywhere, and an annoyed photographer, apparently the hotel hadn’t set up for his shoot, would stop me from recommending.

What a fantastic stay we had as two couples celebrating my birthday. How lucky was I to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was a great surprise. The room had a side view overlooking the water, a comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with so many cooked options. The hotel was central in Fowey, so everything was easily walkable. Sitting on the terrace with a drink on the water was a really calming area. Can’t recommend this fantastic find enough

Staff at breakfast were poor, a little discourteous and unwelcoming. Standard coffee was weak but if you ask for a speciality coffee (not advertised) then much better. Stair carpet needs replacing. Excellent location and the room was perfect.

Great location, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Good supply of tea/coffee/biccies/water topped up daily. Paid for parking 10 mins walk away but this is made clear on the hotels website.

Room was very comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming, lovely hotel. A bit of a walk to parking especially when carrying bags but not too much of a problem.

Hotel was very central, book in was easy Very clean, room was lovely Breakfast was very good Parking was disappointing , use of a pay and display car park situated about a mile away up a very steep incline
