I stayed in this hotel with my family and ordered the Presidential suite. The location is the opposite of convenient. The breakfast for in-room breakfast can be ordered the night before, and I like it because it's a standard American breakfast: milk, orange juice, apple juice, eggs, bread, yogurt, etc.

The breakfast I requested was in-room breakfast. I liked it because we could make selections the night before. Out of the list, there were yogurt, fruits, omelette, milk/orange juice/apple juice, breads, etc. The location is close to 7/11.

This is a long-standing hotel. The service is excellent and courteous, the rooms are very clean, the facilities are excellent, and transportation is very convenient.

The hotel is very accommodating and the staff are friendly and understand English very well. Love that they also give complimentary drinks at a certain time at the hotel lounge.

I really enjoyed staying here, besides being close to the shuttle bus to and from the airport, the room is also big so it's easy to open your suitcase.

Use airport limousine stop at S-19, in front of the hotel. Hotel has a comfort shuttle to Sapporo station and Susukino area. The breakfast was superb with many kinds of food.

Hotel is big and has many rooms. Also has public bath in the hotel.

Second time staying here, next time will definitely come back, delicious food, spacious hotel room, in front of the hotel there is a Lawson, going to/from the airport is just in front of the hotel by limousine bus which can be helped to buy at the hotel reception.

I think this hotel based on location is quite good. They have free shuttle bus to Sapporo station and the airport limousine is stopped in front of hotel bus stop. But I was bit disappointed with the room. They didn't have air conditioner on end of march. They said, they won't turn the air-con on until end of April. I think it is too much. I can't sleep well since it is too hot inside the room even after I opened their tiny window. They have tiny window for air circulation. They didn't provide much for the mini bar, only 2 bags of tea. But on the 2nd floor, they have several vending machines, from food to drink, but only cold drink. They have mini market on the first floor, too.
