Stayed for a night ahead of a retreat in Marrakech. The Riad was everything we wanted/needed. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. Our room was on the top floor, which was perfect to enjoy the terrace and very convenient as the kitchen and breakfast area was on that floor also. Just off the Jemaa el fna, location wise it’s location was both great to explore and felt like an oasis amongst the sensory experiences Marrakech has to offer.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport (highly recommend). They had a map for me with recommendations for food and money exchange. They made sure I knew how to get to the Riad from the square and even called my driver on day of pick up (separate since I booked a four day excursion) to ensure that the driver knew where exactly I was. The Riad was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The bed was firm but perfect for a weary traveler. Due to its location right by the square I was a little worried about the sounds of late night crowds- nope not an issue. I woke up to the sound of birds at 9:30 the next morning. Breakfast was provided on the rooftop and it was delicious and plentiful. I really could it recommended this Riad more. Just stay here.

It was well located! Room could be cleaner, there were small insects, but it’s also Morocco…

Good stay overall except 2 things; 1. the showers weren’t very hot and 2. inconsistent pricing when asked the hotel to help me book an airport transfer - the pamphlet in room and Expedia message said €15 between 6 AM to 10 PM but front desk insisted that it was between 8 AM and 10 PM. The rest was great!

I had an exceptional stay at this riad in Marrakesh and highly recommend it, especially for female solo travellers. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Medina, yet peaceful, safe, and easy to access. Everything you need, from restaurants and shops to tours and attractions, is just steps away. The staff were truly amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe, which made all the difference when travelling alone. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay and would absolutely return on my next trip to Marrakesh. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Beautiful Riad. Staff were absolutely incredible. They did everything they could to assist me (I use a mobility scooter), helping load in and out my scooter, and even bringing breakfast downstairs for me, as I could not climb up to the rooftop patio. Everyone made us feel so comfortable. It was like staying with family. Thank you so much.

It was great to stay here, I loved everything. I felt very cared by the team and the breakfast was amazing. Also, the location was perfect for every tour to find me and walking distance of many restaurants in La Medina.

Very close to the main square, but never heard the noise and chaos of the market and snake charmers. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was nice and bed comfortable. We were satisfied with this Riad. Why 4 of 5 stars? We stayed in other riads that were truly 5 star in every way possible. If you book here, then take their shuttle (150 DH) from the airport which is a reasonable price and good quality vehicle. Walk down the street through the gate and front door is marked (3rd place of left). Breakfast is good, but friend wished for less bread-centric options. Overall, good experience and would stay again.

What a wonderful experience we just had at the Riad marraplace. This is our second stay here. It’s perfect positioned for exploring Marrakesh. The breakfast is delicious and the accommodation is spotlessly clean with that special Moroccan charm.

Riads are an interesting place to stay. I did not know what to expect and i had to reset my expectations vs a hotel. R.Marraplace is very centrally located. Most places can be reached by a walk. So convenience - YES. The place is cold. Split unit A/C/ heaters are there. Breakfast is mostly cold food. Dont expect a chain hotel service.
