Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff lady was so kind and helped carry our heavy bags into the door and loaded them onto a cart for us to help transport to our room. Our room was very clean and great location if you want to take ferry’s to other islands (which I recommend). Parking is near the hotel for a fee and the pillows were a little firm. Overall would go back.

Great location central to everything downtown and literally steps from the ferry and buses and taxis everywhere to take you to the airport. They even have a public sento that’s not advertised in any of their hotels description free to use for guests. I would definitely stay there again. Only minus was that they had ocean view room and we got stuck in the back building with a view of the hotel in the front. Didn’t eat food there but there are a lot of restaurants around and the mall is close by for shopping. I would stay here and use it as a pivot point to see the island and other islands like takitomi for day trips.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff were kind and welcoming. The amenaties were generous and a nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Have been in Ishigaki for 6 times, Miyahira Hotel did surprise me on the location, amenities and room condition. I stayed at the new building with balcony, which works perfectly well for divers - to dry our gear. Location is quiet and just stone throw to bus terminals for airport transfer. Breakfast is the top in town, from variety and quality perspectives. You can enjoy Blue Seal ice-cream there. They also offer free coffee everyday until 5pm with paper cups to facilitate take away. Next time, I will stay in Miyahira.

The hotel was super conveniently located in central ishigaki, the room was decent and the coin laundry was a great amenity. The room had lots of options for hanging items to dry (which was super appreciated given all the snorkelling to be done). They have complimentary drinks including awamori in reception in the afternoons which was a nice touch. There is also an onsite onsen (but did not get to use) only minor criticism was they had very limited hours for the pool, typically after a day roaming around the town in the heat a dip in the pool would have been nice ~ 4.30pm but was already closed for the day. Excellent car rental across the road as well. Would stay here again.

Very Well located in Town. Quiet hotel with good accommodation : public bath, shop, welcoming drinks.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable with springs poking into our bodies. This was in ' The West Wing' which should be called ' The OLD Wing'. Although this part of the facility is very old, it has been kept very clean. The cleaning staff was top-notch! The location is great, and the pool was nice. However, the pool hours were so limited (9-17:00) so hard to use. Beds need an upgrade, & pool hours need to be extended.

立地、値段、サービスともに満足です。レンタカーで来ましたが、駐車場代は別も利用する人だけが払えばいいと思えば合理的。繁華街に近いのは利点でもあり、夜は毎晩若者が叫んでいるという欠点。これは耳栓で解決。欲をいえばエアコンが冷房ではなくドライもできたら。ウェルカムドリンクにさんぴん茶、シークワーサー、そして泡盛！接客は若い方が一生懸命されていて好感がもてます。星の見えるコンディションなど相談にも乗ってくれました。4泊しましたが総じて素晴らしかったです。

The new wing of the hotel where we stayed is very good. The public bath in the old building was not great but no big deal. Given that the hotel is next to both the bus terminal and the port, it is ideal for anyone who is focused on island hopping (we were) and for using buses to get around. If my wife and I stayed in Ishigaki again, this would be our first choice given the location and room quality.

The hotel is located in a really great spot for restaurants, the ferry and the Maesto Beach. My husband and I got caught in Ishigaki with a typhoon and the hotel was ready. We barely felt it and when we needed to extend our stay, the staff was extremely helpful. Additionally, the breakfast was very good. All n all, very happy with our stay here.

What I like about the hotel is the location, just front of the ferry port. Also near the center for restaurant and cafe just 5 min walk. Room very clean, front staff, shop, restaurant are nice but they need more smile. As a guest pure and beautiful smile feel more welcoming. Hope the hotel do some workshop for their staff to improve their costumers service and hospitality level so that we can have good and happy memories staying there.

The location is great to go to another islands. Most of Restaurants are walking distance.

Amazing location, 1 minute walk to everything, the airport bus, boat terminal and city centre. Room was big and spacious and gave different environmentally friendly cleaning services. Breakfast was average and hotel restaurant staff were rude and unwelcoming.

Very convenient to access port n bus terminal. Besides, the b’fast is very good except no rice ball of sushi. I will recommend to my friends to stay at this hotel.

It was a great surprise overall. Great hotel, great service and great location.

Location is excellent in front of the port for travelling to many islands and for dining and shopping. Hotel has only 18 parking space, and very difficult to secure the space. Public parking space nearby was very limited. Breakfast was great with many variety of food. Floor in bathroom was about one inch high with sharp edge, which was dangerous.
