The room was not was i expected. it was much larger then the picture and the washroom was absolutely clean and spacious. It seemed to be a new hotel and very well maintained.

Room was recently built, verry clean, and in good shape. You are in behind the treeline so road noise is low. Front desk is verry helpful and fast. Location is amazing. Munites from the Montreal Premium Outlets, Carfour Mall, and downtown MTL (with light traffic). However the room was advertised with an Microwave and didnt have one, the wifi was not fast at all, and borderline useless, and the continental breakfast was limited. Still amamazing expierience overall

Where do I start. The room looks nothing like the pictures. The bed was on exposed wood, looked like it was on a crate. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom was not fully clean. the walls had splatters of something, the soap dispenser was dirty, the exhaust fan was dirty, not enough large towels. The main area had a broken chair (which is a safety concern) there were no carpets which is not good for winter. Bedding was limited in blankets, they were thin. the whole room was super outdated, nothing like the pictures.

The staff was kind enough. The rooms... The first room has wooden boxes for the box springs, the light switch was missing the shell, there was tape on the door frame from where I'm assuming a lock used to be, the scent of bleach and lemon was unbelievable. The second room there was extremely questionable stains on the box spring as well as the mirror, the doors lock was the flimsiest locks, the mattress were really firm and the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I would give this place 1/5. It is definitely a "working" hotel xxx

The room was in terrible condition. The bed was sitting on a makeshift wood 2x4 frame, the blinds fell off when I tried to close them, and the door seal was broken, causing a loud whistling sound all night. Several light fixtures had burnt-out bulbs, the floors were sticky, and the TV remote didn’t work. The pillows were small—more like couch cushions than proper bed pillows. I paid through Expedia, but when I provided my credit card for the room deposit, they charged me for the room again. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
