J'ai adoré l'expérience.

My stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was charged an early check-in fee that was never mentioned in advance, which felt unfair and dishonest. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and instead of fixing the issue properly, they brought me a fan, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. After I complained, they eventually changed my room. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The door to my room would not lock, which is a serious safety issue. For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Between the poor customer service, hidden charges, maintenance problems, and safety concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our previous stay at this hotel was in the new building (which is separate from the old one) and we were satisfied as we enjoyed a quiet night. This time, our room was in the 'old' (main) building. The dirty ripped old rugs, a broken door to the parking lot, missing paint on doors, small spots of rust in the bath, a defective faucet, etc. attest to the incipient decrepitude of this building. Soundproofing is always a challenge but it was particularly absent as a team occupied a lot of the floor with young adults running, laughing and talking in the corridor well after 11pm...

Correct pour le prix. Acceuil excellent, propreté du lit et douche A1, mais poussière un peu partout ds la chambre, traces suspectes sur les murs… tres mal rénovée… mais pour une nuit ca va.

Staffs are so cooperative and helping nature. Room size and cleanliness was best. Room AC is superb. All room ammenities are best in rating.

The room wasn’t spotless, and the cleaning supplies were unhygienic. One of the cleaning ladies even pushed our room door open without knocking, which was incredibly rude.

Breakfast was almost non existent.

Totally unsanitary, not safe, don’t do there

When checking in, the front staff was not interested in listening to a small room request, to be by our other party. The room was very dirty and there were bugs on the bathroom. The plug in’s and lights were flickering and we could not change our phones. There was nothing for breakfast. We stayed in the main lobby hotel that was very dirty and run down. Our party started in the separate buildings and they were nice.

Insanitary, unclean, rough crowd to say the least… don’t go there

Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was free and there was plenty of space. Room was clean but had a few issues like the AC not working and the showerhead was at belly height instead of hanging high. We had to constantly hold it while showering. TV works but all channels are analog (not HD), plus there's no menu/guide option so you have to scroll through the channels old-school style. Plumbing constantly made noise during the night
