I had stayed there mainly because of the hotel’s close vicinity to the hospital. I required specialized medical care there. I booked online through a third party and was unaware that in doing so I wouldn’t be eligible for the medical discount. While there the elevator broke down which was quite inconvenient. I asked if they would consider the medical discount due to the difficulty I experienced having to do 6 flights of stairs, hotel refused to consider it. I also feel that the cost of the rooms warrant the the lobby offering some free perks eg filtered water, include breakfasts, a coffee machine that provided alternatives like lattes, cappuccino etc.

Was a Ok stay and in a good location but Would have stayed elsewhere if we knew the elevator was broken and you had to pay for parking.no microwave in the room. Hotel was clean but very loud on the weekends (Saturday night) from the hotel bar on the main floor. The pool area was over populated as there was swimming lessons on Sunday at the hotel pool? Very odd. Wouldn’t recommend for families who just need a quiet place to relax, unpack and get situated for their next stop. Highly priced for minimum value.

Room was small, compact, clean, and underwhelming for the price. The room was dark and room felt cluttered and cramped. Staff were super friendly and bathroom was bright and clean.

everything was spotless and well maintained. The only qualifier is there there sb a second casual chair and foot stool in the room so both people in the room have a place to sit and relax.

The check-in was fast and we were offered free parking as the hotel was slow. No breakfast was included, but I would rather a lower rate than including breakfast that we might not eat due to other commitments. Our room was spacious. We have two kids that we like to keep in a separate space, out of eyesight, and this hotel had suits that would accommodate that.

Booked a room (3 months in advance) with 2 queens for one night in November 2025 prior to major surgery at the nearby hospital. (Paid too much $380 for the convenience). The room was on the 2nd floor near the pool. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. But after enjoying a dinner in the bar and then showering and getting into bed early, a band started to play in the restaurant and it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak! There was no way to get to sleep and I absolutely had to prior to my surgery in the morning. My companion went to the front desk to complain and the attendant couldn’t hear what she was saying! There were no comparable rooms available, so they gave us the executive suite. We had to pack up and move ourselves in pajamas and with wet hair up to the suite. The suite was beautiful, although we had to share a queen bed and the hair dryer did not work. So, service wise it worked out well in the end, but was an unsettling experience. Best to ask if there will be a live band during your stay!

Clean room, friendly staff! We were disappointed the restaurant was closed but we did get an email in advance which was nice. The pool and hot tub was not as nice as expected.
