Frank at the front desk in the evening was great. He printed our train tickets and directed us on options available for the train from Barcelona to Madrid. We waited until the last minute to purchase! Truly, amazing person and the H10Cubik is lucky to have him. Would come back for him and his hospitality. Breakfast we did not get until the last day, but definitely recommend. Roof top bar has good food. Great service for breakfast and the food was actually good. There was another young man in earlier evening hours that helped with our Internet connection and my hair dryer. He was so kind and sweet, but I can't remember his name. The room was spacious and they included water bottles and toiletries which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back.

Clean hotel, nice property, a little odd that the room we were given had an interior facing window into the hallway and was quite small but the hotel overall was great

Really close to tourist attractions and local restaurants. Loved the rooftop bar. Walking distance to airport airbus stop!

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and spacious, nice amenities, included breakfast was very good and the dining room staff were very friendly. We had a great stay. Note that getting an Uber in front of the hotel is very challenging. You will have to walk a block or so

Enjoyed our stay for two nights. Reasonable room rates and close ness to the sights. Rooms were clean and nicely maintained. Rooftop bar/ restaurant was nice though staff were a little slow to react to requests. Would we stay here again though? Yes

Le personnel est très courtois et serviable, le petit déjeuner excellent et la terrasse avec bar et piscine sur le toit est un plus très agréable. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé. Toutefois, au niveau de la qualité des commodités, chambre, mobilier, TV, internet, c’est un 3 étoiles tout au plus. Dans l’ensemble c’est très bien et nous y reviendrons. Luc & Julie

We had a morning flight, arriving at the hotel about 4 hours before official check in time. We expected to leave our bags in storage until mid afternoon, but the Reception staff found us an upper level room immediately. The room was clean and contained all the necessary amenities. The rainfall shower was excellent. We ate in the rooftop restaurant on the evening. It was OK, nothing special. Breakfast in the morning was in the lower ground floor area. The service and freshly cooked food was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful holding our bags and arranging a taxi after we checked out. We have already booked our next stay at H10 Cubic.

The stuff were excellent, professional and helpful. The room was always clean and the breakfast was very nice.

Everything was clean. Location was good. Staff at the hotel bar were somewhat slow but it seemed like they were understaffed. I wish they were more thoughtful about the placement of their umbrellas/purchased more because in the afternoon there was really only 1 shaded table. The air conditioning in the restaurant was not helpful to cool off.
