The hotel's reception staff provided excellent customer service. They were enthusiastic and attentive to guests. I was very impressed with the service from all departments. I will definitely use their services again.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and overall the room was good. The room wasn't very soundproof, so you could hear all the noise from outside. This hotel seems to be a popular choice for events in Hat Yai. On check-in, there were six weddings. I got a room on the third floor of Phase 2, which is located above the banquet hall. The bass from the event below was very loud, but it stopped at 10:00 PM. If you're staying here just to relax, you might want to check if there are any banquets, as some of the hotel's facilities are not accessible. The swimming pool is open at 12:00 PM if there's an event.

Good service, but breakfast is not very diverse. But I only stayed one night, I don't know if the food is the same on other days.
