Overall a reasonable 4 night stay for business. Allocated room was small but clean, comfortable and well equipped although lacked a comfortable chair. Breakfast was ok and plentiful, restaurant is very popular in the evening so need to book well in advance. Staff were very helpful. This was a business trip so view wasn't important (room looked over parking area to rear of the hotel) but the building work being undertaken on an adjoining property was noisy and started early. I would stay again if I could be assured of a room either at the front or the other end of the hotel.

Very small room and no AC. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Excellent food and great view from the 6th floor on the harbor. If you just use the room for sleeping and you are not staying in the middle of the summer it’s a great hotel. The staff was very nice.

Exceptional breakfast, awesome style

A very comfortable modern room with a great view, helpful staff, etc. Weather was terrible for walking around the seafront, alas, but the hotel was terrific.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location for us

We were really lucky with the weather and the hotel is in an ideal location for us.

Found an entrance up a back alley and past the trash cans. This turned out to be the view from our small room. The first night we went up to the dining room to eat and were met by a rude employee who obviously did not want to serve us. We ordered lamb and were given fried fish. We were too tired and fed up to complain, it was about 9.30 at night and we had just got in from a harrowing 4 hour car ride from Holland. The front desk person on the last morning was rude, lied and was generally hateful. Best Western should remove this hotel from their brand!

for us a good hotel in an excellent location

In spite of the hotel undergoing refurbishment, I was not inconvenienced and it was spotless and warm. The panoramic view of the River Elbe from the 6th floor restaurant at the ample hot/freshly cooked/cold buffet breakfast is an unbeatable start to the day. The staff are welcoming and helpful. It is a quick 10minute taxi ride from the station.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Ook hier dit hotel gekozen voor de locatie t.w. vlak bij de snelle boot naar Helgoland. Prima plek, let alleen even op waar je naar de parkeerplaats moet rijden. dat is niet best aangegeven.
