The view from the room balcony was beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located near Kundasang town and within easy reach of nearby restaurants. However, the access road needs some improvement, as it can be difficult for smaller cars to enter. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Very beautiful place to see sunrise.

The most fun place to stay... Open the balcony door and see Mount Kinabalu up close.. Satisfied.. The road to the place to stay is challenging... but fun. Congratulations to the hotel staff.. Very friendly with guests.. I have the fortune to come again to stay at this hotel. TQVM.

They should upgrade their bathroom condition, no TV control, no one at reception during night hours, and no filtered dispenser.

The place is quite private. The view outside the hotel is interesting. The water pressure is a bit slow & the soundproofing between the rooms is a bit lacking.

Exposed to hot water fakehope. Have followed the instructions that were followed. However, the hot water is only temporary. And had to take a cold shower too.

Kentin no open chair in the room no tv not working

The room was dirty, especially the bed. The wall in the room look old and dusty. I stayed in the VIP room, but honestly look like a hostel. TV system failure, water supply on and off. Not recommended. Don't waste your money for this such place.

Room condition is too old, then room maintenance is not proper, imagine how was it is, when the balcony door suddenly open its self, try to close it up,but is fail. The day we come the door they block using chair. Future please proper the maintenance service.

This hotel has a good view. However, the condition and facilities of the room could be improved. Some parts of the road should have been maintained. Otherwise, this place would be a great place to stay because the view is scenic and the weather is cold.

Best view Mount Kinabalu from this resort, calm place for relaxing but the room needed to improvise and the bathroom need to rebuild new

The photo of the crystal hill r accommodation room provided is not the same and as beautiful as it is shown in the advertisement room of the advertised bedroom photo. It was a shame that the room was a mess, where the bath towels were thin, the sheets were not replaced, there was no wifi as promised, the lights were not working and the rooms were not packed. If the money was returned I would have gone out of my stay here. 1st. And the last here.

cleanliness is poor. the room was not well maintain. towel provided were smelly. Construction nearby was noisy. they do the job on weekend. very disturbing during the stay in here.

Mattress sagging not comfortable to sleep. Towel, blanket, bedsheet & pillow cover dirty also the bathroom wall very dirty. But i'm very satisfied with the staff services & the view was awesome.
