Lovely Hotel..Friendly Staff..Rooms Spotless & Parking For Free. Definatley Book Again.

Attended a family wedding, beautiful venue. Friendly staff. Our room was a suite and we were very impressed with it.

Stayed for one night. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice.

We were there 3 days, 2 nights and the towels didn’t get changed. There was only one coffee pod and the mugs we used on the 1st night were still the same mugs that we were using Monday morning. We felt that for the exclusive suite that we had booked which was lovely, the coffee/milk/sugar were not sufficient and certainly weren’t replenished and the housekeeping generally wasn’t great.

We didn’t use the amenities as we just needed a bed for the night and quick check-in and getaway. Location was great for us, close to a relative we were picking up before heading out to Manchester airport. We enjoyed chatting in (rusty) German with the friendly lady on the front desk. Forgot her name unfortunately. Would definitely use the hotel again and will recommend to other visitors coming to the area from overseas.

Finishing of quality in bathroom could be better, Pillows were too soft , but bed was very good Staff excellent , breakfast was nice (English) Give it a good 4 out of 5 star

Room was great and staff always very efficient and friendly, good do with some GF bread for toast at breakfast buffet.

Faultless, clean, friendly, lovely room, good size, plenty of towels, pillows, food served was excellent, breakfast too. Definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed here for work. Easy to find, lots of parking and a nice quirky building. Good Bar and great stafff. Room a little dusty. Evening meal absolutely out of the park good- I'll be staying here from now on for this reason alone.

The room was ok, a little worn and in need of tidying up. The food was poor (restaurant evening).

Breakfast poor, £15 for a Buffett, no pastries, cooked breakfast was limited, service poor. No museli not what I expected .
