I really liked the room, the reception, and the breakfast. It would have been perfect if they hadn't delayed giving me the room because of cleaning; I had planned my trip to arrive at 4 pm and rest.

Nice staff, great location, older but well kept building, hearty breakfast, and agreed to a late check out. This visit was during low season, so who knows what goes on when they're busy.

This place is lovely.

The balcony offered a nice view, the room smelled like it have been smoked in. The floor was not vacuumed. The bed felt like you were sleeping on springs

Staff was great, room was cozy and the deer walking by the river was awesome

Our TV did not work from day one and there was no attempt to help us.

Needs new carpet, new cabinets in bathroom, very old . Breakfast is ok , coffee not good

Room was lacking any comfortable seating. Few amenities ie: no tissues, not enough soap. No maid service at all over the two day stay. Trash not even emptied. No snacks or drinks available to be purchased at facility. Breakfast was extremely lacking in every way. When questioned the desk clerk told me I was wrong. This room cost $988. For 2 nights. I will never recomend the Alpine River Inn to anyone. Sorry excuse for an Inn. Could have been so much better.

The staff went above and beyond

All of the amenities were functioning which is always nice. The layout of the hotel is open and friendly (wide staircases). Breakfast was good. John and the team were very friendly and accommodating. I would come again just for that experience alone. Thank you very much & Kind regards Scott Cooper
