Aircond layout in master bedroom not so good - warm, (default developer). 2nd room feel very cold. No aircond in living room. Asking for iron didn't get for 3d2n stay. 2nd day no avail iron even spare iron. 3rd day morning checkout asking didn't come for work yet and maybe will come late. Not really good service. Balcony and toilet not very clean. No tissue provided. TV channel got one channel only, changed other room has more basic channel. No toiletry, but got towel. So far I'm enjoy coz of the convenient location.

Bilik A701 tingkat 4 bersih, tuala pun disediakan, cuma periuk nasi tidak boleh guna sebab bukan plug dia, dapur tidak ada, ada yang elektrik tapi tidak sediakan plug khas yang luar negara punya, ingat nak masak nasi makan malam tidak boleh nasib ada cerek elektrik boleh juga masak air panas nak rendam Maggie je apa-apa pun harap dapat perbaiki bukan apa tempat cantik dah, kolam renang pun bersih, sesuai sangat bawa anak-anak mandi kolam dan beribadah bersama keluarga.

Rumah luas, dekat pantai, bersih, kolam besar tak terlalu padat. Cuma tandas tiada paip untuk cuci jika buang air besar.

All perfect except the water in bathroom too small. 👍.

Close to the beach, the eatery is close by. The room was a bit messy, wouldn't come here again.

I stayed in room 804. The living room fan didn't work very well. The central bedroom light is not working. Bathroom heater is damaged.

Newly renovated but nothing has changed except the hotel's exterior wall paint. Level 4 is ok but the cooking area is gone. Elevator problem, shut down quickly before anyone comes in, danger of inviting accident, dishwasher missing, toilet water problem pump slow in. Good place but the hotel is sad even after renovation.

Close to beach and other public amenities. Nice location search. Only the pool is somewhat in small for the kids.

Nothing special. No aircond at living area. Smelly and dirty at common area.

Bad, not prepared towel. No water, no any tissue. So bad.

Old building and in-room facilities are not complete.

Good for family/big group vacation.

Bad facilities. Sofa broken. Fan mulfunction. Bbq set have to rent. Way to beach from swimming pool lock, have to use far route to beach. No water to wash the body before enter to swimming pool.

The apartment is booming. Many items are damaged.

1. My room not ready at 3pm as promised. (3.15pm they give other room). 2). Cleanliness is bad. 3. No towel and toiletries 4. Not muslim friendly (no sejadah and kiblat direction) 5. No astro (no TV channel) Other than that is ok.
