The safety was phenomenal. I could even leave the door unlocked if I wanted to and not worry about it. The bed was comfortable, and the staff really looked after the place.

Room was awkward. Bathroom power socket surged and shorted my razor ruining it. Socket was far away from mirror. Need more drawer space.

Room was somewhat clean, checking in was slight hassle.

The room was lacking in the tender love and care department, tv remote control/clicker didn’t work. Their date switching policy is not good, it does not follow the customer care service that most would appreciate if given ample time to make changes to their booking.

Staff was nice at check in, upgraded room from queen size to king size with no extra charge. The room was tidy, looked appealing, and smelled fresh, had adjustable heating in both room and bathroom. Just wish there was a bit more closet space to hang clothes other than hanger on front door. Overall great experience

There were issues with heating, the toiletries were cheap and bad. The office staff was pretty rude and not cooperative.

We booked our stay in advance, but on the day of check-in we received a message from the property stating that our reservation had been canceled. When we reached out for clarification, the property advised us not to come. After contacting Expedia, they reinstated our booking as an exception, on the condition that we not leave a negative review. Upon arrival, we were placed in a recently renovated room, but the toilet was broken. Unfortunately, the entire experience was very disappointing.

It was good. The lady on the night shift handled everything and helped me when I needed the heat fixed. The stay was pleasant. An economic, clean, safe motel. It was quiet and close to McMaster, which was the whole point.

Avoid if possible.

Front door knob needed to be fixed. Room finishes were in repair. Pillows were poor quality Staff were extremely friendly Many upgrades were made to the room. The shower stall toilet and sink and vanity were newly remolded Mini fridge microwave and tv with lots of channels were available in the room.

They charged me for the room I didn't use and they never notified me, and now they haven't refunded my money.

Rooms felt unsafe and smelt unclean. The door to our room only had one working lock and every noise in the hallway sounded like it was inside our room. The blankets were stained and the staff were abrasive. I would only recommend this hotel if you are in a pinch and need a last minute place to stay.
