Great hotel

I was Beyond disappointed. Rooms smelled like a tiki torch fuel. You cant flush toilet paper and are asked to leave it in the trash in the room for 24 hrs. the beach was dirty and unclean. I asked for a refund and they didn't honor it or give me credit to one of their alternate properties Very poorly managed

Raccoons had access to your room from the rooftop since it was made out of tree palms leaves, no one cleaned room from previous stay as the sheets were dirty and dead bugs were within the linen. No refreshing of towels while staying there for 5 days. At night the raccoons were on the rooftop and broke a whole in the palm leaves.

Our room was close to the kitchen so from morning till midday it smells kitchen. It's one of the expenciests hotel in the Tulum, but they will charge you for copal sticks that really costs 50 pesos and mosquito spray....

Beautiful property that felt luxurious yet not pretentious. Food was excellent and loved the cappuccino smoothies! We stayed in a suite that had a private plunge pool and it was gorgeous! Staff went above and beyond with making sure we had everything that we needed and made our room spotless every day.

Exceptional experience on every level. I’m generally an adventurous person but couldn’t find many reasons to venture out. Great food, accommodations, programming, and service. Definitely will return.

Amazing hotel, the beach is beautiful. I really enjoyed my week at the Nômade hotel. I should have stayed longer.

The room was clean, but for the price I think water should have been unlimited and it would have been nice to see the blank walls in the room with artwork.

Greet atmosphere, there stuff is super nice. The whole vibe there is very fancy and chill. Will definitely come back

Staff was really nice, beachfront room was amazing , best hotel in zona hotelera in my opinion, kinda far from everything else though. Good at every restaurant was amazing. I recommend going to breakfast early so you’re not there when it gets too busy. Overall beautiful property

The property is gorgeous. The food is good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and me and my fiancé found the entire trip to be magical. We stayed in a beachfront king and had amazing views through the trees. This is my second trip to Tulum and I would definitely stay here, again.

We stayed at Nomade for 5 days and really loved our stay. It is blends the jungle essence of Tulum with amazing beachside views. There are so many fun activities you can sign up for. Would recommend signing up when you get there as they can fill up quickly. The yoga each morning was fabulous and good for all ranges of experiences. We signed up for their ice bath experience and that was a game changer. Cannot recommend this enough. The facilitator was so knowledgeable and kind and helped me and my gf through it as first timers. I loved the copal they had burning throughout the property (prevalent throughout Tulum) but my gf thought it was a little overwhelming at some points. Honestly, this was a great stay and i would recommend to anyone who wants an elevated, organic/natural type experience in Tulum.

This was our second visit to Nomade, and once again we loved it. We appreciate the slower pace, the beautiful beach area, and most of all the incredibly friendly staff. Everyone was accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. We had prepaid for a room upgrade, and while we never used the pool, the gentle sound of the water outside our room in the evenings was very calming. We were also there during Day of the Dead (Halloween for us Americans), and the celebration—with its music, food, and overall atmosphere—was fantastic. I highly recommend visiting Nomade during this time.

It’s not worth 1k per night. Decor is nice but nothing is happening. The morning activities are always booked so you can never join a pilates class. There was no events except once on a thursday DJ. A lot of families with young kids. Breakfast is included but water is not you always need to pay for water, there is no tap water which doesn’t make sense. Room is nice but a lot of mosquitoes and the spray that they sell is not working.

Still a great place to be in Tulum! The new Omakase is a great addition.
