When we arrive to this place the personal meet as not friendly. She was not helpful and did not tried to accommodate our asking The hotel located out of center. The old bad smelly place that don’t have anything to make comfortable staying In Tour the temperature was 104 The hotel has no AC. They gave as old small fan . No refrigerators in the room So we are not able to buy water and keep it cold. Instead of soup it was some liquid mix of water and couple drops of soup. They said we can open windows at night time to have fresh air. The problem with that as soon as we open windows all bugs flying in the room. Breakfast was included The serving plates with food like cheese and ham was almost empty The person who worked in breakfast room was watching everyone what people taking Terrible awful experience Help yourself and don’t book this place

Our second stay here as a stop over on our way to the Dordogne. A few minutes walk over the bridge to restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is family run and feels like that in a nice way. Rooms are bright and modern with good showers. I also chose this hotel as being the closest to the centre of Tours but with a free gated private car park behind the hotel.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was great: clean and comfortable. The location is a 10 minute walk across the river to the edge of downtown. So, factor that in if that matters to you. We would stay here again without question.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The towels were on the small side but, I guess, all a part of their eco-friendliness. We'll certainly come again.

The staff was delightful and a good breakfast. The walk to the city was pleasant, but wouldn't be on a rainy day.

Pretty nice convenient hotel located pretty close to the downtown of Tours. Was very comfortable and the owners gave a warm and welcoming feel. They were very helpful on any questions I had. They even helped me park my rental I was unfamiliar with. Overall, a very good stay and would stay there again.

Great room in a terrific position to walk along the Loire, over the tram bridge and into Tours. The hotel staff and room were superb. Free car park at the rear of the hotel was important to us after 3 weeks camping and as we were upgraded to a ground floor family room made it easy to sort out our luggage. Wifi excellent.

The friendly staff was very helpful and accommodating and breakfast was perfect.
