Beautiful place. We have stayed here on several occasions and we love it. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable, Big bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. The onsite restaurant is delicious, likely top 3 in Tecate. Absolutely love this place

La verdad no tiene USB para los telefono o las computadoras es muy anticuado la recepción en los cuartos ya les hace falta modeernizarse un poco en la tecnología interior d elos cuartos.

Staff at the front desk were not very helpful. Female staffer told me I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Even though I had already booked the room via Hotel app. And I had the email confirmation on my phone.

Very quiet and peaceful!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was amazing!! It was HUGE! And with a balcony. Swimming pool was very nice and clean. Highly recommend this place!!

Very clean property, rooms, bathrooms, parking lot. Room was HUGE! Had a balcony which was nice. Restaurant was very nice as was the bar. Staff super friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Now our favorite place to stay in Tecate! Only down point is that our room was not ready by check in time. If we didn’t have an event to attend at that time, it would have kept us waiting in the lobby for a long time! We really enjoyed our stay once we got access to our rooms.

Desde la llegada el estacionamiento con muchos espacios, registrarnos fue super facil y despues el cuarto muy comodo la alberca limpia y el servicio muy atento! Tuvimos que llamar para que nos atendieran pero fue muy rapido

No reemplazaron la llave que perdí. La TV no funciona o no funciona el control remoto. No supieron decirme si tenía desayuno o no. Preferí no insistir y me fui.

The TV selection of channels is all Spanish and does not support any streaming ability to the television. So utilizing one's own streaming services is not an option which makes it difficult for those spending time in the room. Continental breakfast or offering is coffee tea and a Mexican torta. Rooms are clean and decor is nice as well as the location being prime for the town. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly parking is safe although if walking is an issue the distance from the parking to the entrance of the hotel is uphill and lots of stairs to navigate or large ramp. Overall I would give it a four out of five.
