Terrible staff, always trying to extort extra money from guests. Early check-in and package deals are unsupportive and simply refused to meet customer demand. The rooms are cramped and lack any sense of time.

The staff were unfriendly. They kept asking for extra money in their own way. They didn't assist customers with booking taxis to the airport, only focusing on selling airport transfer packages.

The hotel location is good and not far away from the station, rooms are clean, and their staff are friendly and helpful. Will recommend this hotel to my friends if they are visiting Busan for holidays.

It's located right in the heart of the downtown area, which is very convenient, but not recommended for those who don't like busy areas. There are many yakiniku restaurants nearby. The hotel has its own elevator, so you can move between your room and the outside relatively easily. The front desk is on the 13th floor, so you'll need to go up to the top floor once to check in and out. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. One good thing about it is that it has a washlet.

Near to the night market, clean hotel with reasonable price.

Clean rooms and close to shops and cafes.

The only plus side for this hotel was the location. Room size was decent, but no carpet so it didn’t feel homey at all. It’s rather cold though. And we got room with a window without any exposure of lights. So I didn’t understand which side of hotel they put our room, but when I opened the window all I can see was another wall :( so you cannot tell whether it’s morning or night because it feels dark all the time. One more thing, every time we enter the room or just passed any frame doors in the hotel, the put this thick iron frame below so for us using a baby stroller it’s so difficult to walk through smoothly

The hotel is okay but the location is around bar and night life. Not so comfortable for family trip.

Hotel good quality and good place...so we will come back if go busan...
