Im a repeat guest at this hotel. The rooms are always clean. The air conditioning is excellent. Drinking bottled water is provided. And the rates are reasonable.

The hotel is nice and a good location but they charged me for a night that I didn't stay there and ignored any messages asking for a refund.

Casa Blanca is perfect for getting around Chetumal for necessities and having a comfortable place to stay. Close to everything, safe parking and friendly staff. Have stayed several times and will keep coming back

We had reservations for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a garden view. We received none of the above. We were given two rooms with double beds and a roof view... we had decided on the reservations because of the queen beds. Was disappointed

Clean and great service

First room ac didn't work they give us another but the ac didn't work there either plus no hot water in that room had to pull the bed under the ac unit to atleast get some air
