This was a pretty good hotel. It’s a little older and does show its age. Across the street are buildings that don’t look good. The hotel is well kept but does need a renovation. Food was good, the staff was very accommodating. The area during the day is touristy. At night does it gets a bit sketchy with ladies selling “services” overall it was safe. Visitors seem to move around without much fear. If you want a more family oriented experience you might consider a different area

Staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. The property is a bit rundown. The pool was also a disappointment: Very small, 3 deck loungers only and no pool staff or bar.

I had an amazing experience at AC Marriott. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable visit. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I’m already counting the days until I can come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

The place was great. Walking distance to lots of rest/bars.

The AC Marriott was a wonderful hotel. The staff especially Alex at the front desk had fantastic customer service. We had an issue with our shower drain cover popping off and it was fixed within 10 to 20 min of us telling them about the issue. Breakfast at this hotel was buffet style and was delicious every time. They even had someone there making omelets on request. The air conditioning in the room was freezing but much needed after spending a day out in the heat. you can adjust the temp in your room if needed. The room was really clean. It had a small mold problem but not enough to gross you out. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but it was safe to walk around no one bothers you. The hotel is close to some of the main attractions. The subway/metro was just a 10min walk from the hotel. you can take the metro to the Albrook Mall which is huge and worth a visit. I would stay at this hotel again despite the neighborhood. There are a bunch of restaurants around. if you need affordable snacks and don't want to go to the store you can do uber eats and have it delivered to the hotel. getting around in an uber is the recommended way to go its super cheap. if you want to go to any of the sites the hotel has a guide that will take you there for free unless you want to do a city tour which is not too bad it's $130.00.

Clean rooms and the staff are amazing

When you stay at a hotel and you just want to take a shower and go to bed but when you get in the bathroom there is never no washcloths I always have to ask for washcloths,I don’t understand how they expect you to take a shower when you have nothing to wash yourself with,I wish someone could explain that to me,other than that I enjoy staying there.

AC didn’t work. Hot water was absolutely a joke. Nice bar at the pool but no service. Restaurant at the lobby expensive and took more that an hour to get a burger.
