Great place to stay. Loved it as always.

We checked into the hotel my d afternoon- clean room- a little difficult to navigate towards.

beds were nice, rooms could use an upgrade, base boards should be changed due to 3 groove cut outs can't be cleaned.

Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!

Clean room, comfortable bed, and easy access. We stayed I. The rooms in the annex and we enjoyed. Building is a bit dated, but it was very clean

The room was spotless and the maids were exceptional when checking in the next morning durring our two night stay. We made love all night and slept all day with no peeping John's wandering the halls, I personally give it a triple X adventure.

This was my first stay at the hotel and I will be coming back in the future. The hotel was clean, staff were great and I will definitely be staying her again in future.

Older property, as clean and up to date as one would expect. Very quiet, comfy beds and nice front desk staff. The right price and location for us.

We had a lovely stay at Chateau Nova. She's a little older but well taken care of. From the moment we stepped in the property smelled amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. We plan to stay here again next time we are in Edmonton

The property is run down. The cleaning is to occur every three days. There was no exchange of towels and certainly no vacuuming. There was a wad of crusty tissue in the bed side table drawer. The two gentlemen at the front desk the next morning could not be bothered to deal with the issue and told me to come back when the manager was in. The afternoon lady on the front desk offered a new room, I declined and she said a deep clean would be done the next day. The gym is lacking and half the equipment is out of order. Having stayed many years ago, I recalled a very nice and clean property. It is now showing its age.

The hotel is nice. Bottled water would have been nice touch. Staff were great. Good restaurant.
