The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Ants in the room, shower head didnt work the first night, bedey didnt work, chipped furniture, mold in the shower, rust on the mirror.

I loved the rooms. They were very clean. The sink was stopped up but that was an easy fix. The staff were excellent even with the language barrier we had. Breakfast was just OK, but that FRESH PRESSED ORANGE JUICE, I’d fly 2 days back anytime just to have it again. We had a beach view room and it was just an amazing feeling to wake up to that astonishing view every morning.

Everything was great and great location

Good breakfast with several different fruits and cakes. The pool on roof is dirty. Nobody went in. The view on roof is great. Close to beach. Staff is welcoming and well trained. Room is a little dated, but clean.

Great breakfast, one of the guys from reception staff was a bit cold but besides that everyone was amazing. The view at rooftop was amazing, I would recommend! This is a hotel at the end (quieter) part of Copacabana.

Overall stay was fine, room had “sugar ants” all over the restrooms and desks next to bed. It was reported and the room was treated. It took until the following day for staff to clean up all the dead “sugar ants” in the restroom/desk. Next day, I found out that the “sugar ants” got to my back pack and took over an opened bag of nuts I had for snaking. Quite disappointing.

Nice to be near the end of Copacabana. Less traffic. Beautiful view from the room. Room was very nice. Breakfast included was fantastic every day! Staff friendly. Will book there again!

The only reason I took a star off my overall review is that there was a bad smell coming from the drains. It was very noticeable every time we entered the room, but after a while our noses adjusted. Other than that the hotel was fine and the staff wonderful.

Beautiful beach view, amazing breakfast and amazing staff.

The pool was very small and only useful for cooling off. The breakfast was great other than the hot dishes which were largely cut hotdog and tomato sauce or with onions and barely lukewarm despite that I would highly recommend the property as a staff or friendly and had a wonderful location on LEME Beach part of Copacabana and close to everything.

First impressions were excellent. The room looked amazing, and we had a beautiful ocean view overlooking Copacabana Beach. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room that really put a downer on the stay. Most of the USB points in the room did not work, especially the ones near the bed, which was quite inconvenient. The biggest issue, however, was an unpleasant smell in the room. This smell was not present in other areas of the hotel, only in the room itself. It was so bad that I had to move from the first room to a second one. It is such a shame, as I would love to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Rio, but the smell was very off putting. On a positive note, the location is excellent. I really loved where the hotel is situated. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options, and the staff went above and beyond. My son especially enjoyed the pancakes, and they made sure he had them, which was a lovely touch. The staff in general were outstanding. They interacted so well with my young son, and he still talks about them. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. I also really appreciated that they extended my room time due to a very late return trip. The rooftop area is another highlight and well worth visiting. Overall, while there were some disappointing room aspects, but the staff and location were exceptional.

Horrible experience. The room was extremely dirty, with mold present throughout. The air conditioning caused the floors to become wet every day, making the space feel even more unsanitary. Overall, the room was in poor condition and not properly maintained. I would not recommend staying here—it was definitely not worth the price paid

Breakfast was amazing! The bar upstairs was beautiful but there was no music and the pool wasn’t anything special either. They also lock the upstairs patio at night and don’t open till 9am which was a bummer bc I wanted to watch the sunrise from the roof and we couldn’t
