Orriginally I have booked for 4 nights and decided to extend 2 more nights,over all very happy.

Hotel sfaff were amazing,helpful,very customer orriented even all younger people working there who seemed were trained very well,also,I have to mentioned that they are well spoken English ,even better than most hotels I have stayed so far.

The property is well maintained, and personal is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. I would strongly recommend the hotel.

Never got the air conditioning system to work. Open window worked just fine. A little out of the way in very quiet neighborhood. About 5 minute walk to train station. Very clean with great breakfast. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful time

Room was good, but the hand sink wasn’t draining good, you wash your hands you wait 2to 3 minutes to drain. And it is not an 8.8 rating hotel

Excellent property with affordable rates. It’s clean, quiet and very safe. Walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. It’s also very convenient location to Istanbul airport shuttle bus stop (one block from the hotel). Will certainly come back.

Best hotel experience ever. They are the most amazing people and hotel in the city. Made me feel so comfortable and taken care of during my surgery healing process. There was also room cleaning service everyday which was very nice while recovering in a room. Love them!

Friendly front desk

I didn’t like the location of the hotel, the carpet is very dirty, the room is small and the breakfast buffet is very limited and boring! I wouldn’t choose to stay there again!

The property itself is nice looking, appears to be clean and the decor is nice. When you take a closer look though, things are broken such as key card scanners and such. The pros are that it was fairly clean, nice decor, breakfast was very good and my favourite part was how quiet the rooms were. Cons, I had A bad experience. The man who checked me in was very rude, no smile and was being really condescending when I was asking questions. Secondly, my room smelled like there was.a leak, you know like wet socks. The staff changed my room but same issue in the next room. Lastly the “room service” is subpar, and actually is not even delivered to your room. You need to go to the lobby to pick it up which defeats the purpose of calling it room service. The smell was pretty bothersome so I ended up switching hotels.
