The Monastery hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and cozy. The electric fireplace was on and the room was nice and warm which was appreciated on a snowy night! The spa tub was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast at the Monastery Bistro was delicious.

Great room and great service

The first room given to us had some broken items. When staff were advised they immediately offered another room and we were not disappointed. Cozy clean and comfortable. We were also offered a late checkout due to blizzard conditions. The servers and breakfast at the cafe were also wonderful.

It took houres for the water to warm up to be able to use the tub in the room and the bed was in very poor shape,saging to the center and then towards the head of the bed. Also the lights seemed to flick alot.

I requested a refund! Unfortunately our jacuzzi never had any hot water and dirty.

Room was amazing and staff was very accommodating.

Only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast didn’t begin until 8 and we had to he at airport for 8

Beautiful boutique hotel with large rooms. Our room had no carpet, fireplace and a lot of space. It was very clean - except the shower had a long hair that wasn’t mine- yuck ! The restaurant closed early spontaneously. We were told at check in it was open till 9:00. When we went at 7 it was closed. Not enough customers. Also the wifi is terrible !! Couldn’t watch anything on my laptop after 6am. Nothing would load. Also breakfast is served at 8am. I personally consider that way too late. 7am would have suited better. It’s a beautiful hotel and it’s very clean. I think the maid took a short cut with our room and didn’t do the shower - yuck !!!
