They only give 1 sheet no cover. Towels are old and small size, no carpet for shower, no hangers. Shower old no hot water just warm, and not enough pressure coming out. All furniture needs maintenance.

I’ve usually never had problems with hotels I stay in. This hotel is in the backroads not by the shore. It has no safe parking you have to park off the street and If you get there late there’s no parking your cars not protected. You have no view to the beach as advertised not a spot to spend a nice vacation you’re worried about your security to much.

Hot water not aleays available, its a small hotel with a decent price and close to the beach. Its ok

Staff were patient with using Google translate as I do not speak Spanish well. Cold AC, hot water, closet space but not able to hang anything. Wifi dropped sometimes. No balcony. Appreciate water in the lobby to fill my bottle. Drilling & banging after midnight and before 6am one morning. Wore earplugs the next night and I did not notice too much. I would stay at Hotel Villamar again.

Great price... but very basic

The hotel was near the Veracruz Acuario and a 5 minute walk to the Malecon (boardwalk). Hotel is situated on a one way street, so becarful in not taking a wrong turn. We had awesome tacos and micheladas at the nearby Taco Bar. Best tacos and michelada I had on our trip.

Todo estuvo muy cómodo, las instalaciones estaban muy limpias, su personal fue muy amable lo único malo fue la señal de Internet, es lo único que recomendaría mejorar.

Pues estuvo horrible la verdad parece hotel de paso , la habitación que me tocó , la sábana tenía una mancha roja al igual que la almohada, el papel de baño sensillo , el jabón como de hotel de paso , el clima dentro de la habitación no era bueno , y todavía que yo bajara por sábanas nuevas ya que no había recamaristas , última vez que voy a ese hotel tan feo

Ocupé 3 habitaciones y una de ellas estaba muy pequeña, pero bastante pequeña. Urge un cambio de colchones, ya se sentían los resortes. El personal fue atento, nos ayudó y nos recomendó lugares para comer y visitar.

La habitación contaba con muchas hormigas en el buro, los 2 ganchos qué había para colgar mi ropa estaban feos y se caían, el control de la TV no servía al 100 y las fotos de los anuncios del hotel son muy viejas porque el hotel no es como se ve en las fotos

En general las condiciones del hotel fueron buenas, pero deben ser más atentos y amables con los huéspedes.

Todo bien para el día que estuve y el personal atento me entrego la habitación a pesar que todavía no era la hora de entrada fueron atentas solo que me tocó la habitación sin ventana y en el tercer piso pero todo bien y lo recomenaria y mi estancia sería de nuevo en ese hotel muy bien todo
