Great stay, great location for Sasktel place. Staff were very friendly!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff.

The stay was a joke. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Spent $200+ to get a terrible little kitchenette we could barely cook in. Brought our own pans thank God. The fridge was turned completely off, but the light still turned on, so we didn't notice until the next day and our food was bad. The tiny bit of refreshments they offer is done by 9am, but they just want you to go across the street to Tim's to eat breakfast, so they don't have to spend money on a decent breakfast for their guests. Don't waste your money on this overpriced place. They don't care about your stay if your stay was booked through a third-party service. Everyone was complaining when I was checking out. They do nothing. The front desk staff are probably so used to it that they are just numb to it all.

Very clean room and spacious bathroom. It was such a nice touch receiving a complimentary Tim’s cookie at check-in!

Excellent location for events at Sasktel Centre.Great srrvice, clean room. Beds were a little on the hard side and moved too easily on platforms.

We signed a waiver that we wouldn’t smoke in our non smoking room, then we get to our room and it reeked like cigarette smoke. Then a big dog was barking all night long. Not one to write bad reviews, but it was a terrible experience staying there .

Clean and friendly service

The stay was great the room was very clean and the staff were very nice to deal with. Always a good place to stay especially if you are going to the Sasktel Centre for an event.

The parking lot was full of snow and ice. Very scary to walk from parked vehicles to the hotel. We stayed at this hotel so we could walk to the venue to a sports game so again super dangerous to get out of the parking lot. When we first got there to check in we were given a room that hadnt been cleaned.

Staff was great. Beds were terrible, mattresses hard and they kept sliding off the fram.

This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

The tv kept on freezing when trying to watch anything at night. Which was slightly annoying. But other than that it was ok.

Parking was terrible for our stay. No snow removal behind the hotel for cars. Rooms were clean, small but nice. Hotel is very loud, can hear vacuums above you, any walking and talking. Kids went down for breakfast and there was nothing. Amazing location for events at Sasktel.

Still a great hotel to stay in if taking in an event at Sasktel Center. I do believe they are out pricing themselves. The other hotel is just a few steps away, and has a full breakfast and pool with water slide, for a bit cheaper amount some nights.

Everything is great! The rooms are a little small, but that’s not a huge concern. Overall great experience. Our favourite place to stay in Saskatoon!

The hot tub wasn’t very hot. Then went to shower and water was luke warm. Went to desk and they said wel we don’t really get hot water. It is always warm. Got up in the morning and couldn’t wash as the water didn’t even get warm. I reported it upon check out. Hopefully the up the water temperature.
