To get to the room area, you need to use a buggy because it's in a different building and quite far away. It's difficult to contact the front desk because there's no phone in the room and you're asked to use LINE, with no other alternative. If you can't use LINE, it becomes difficult. The food lacks variety and taste, too.

Not worth the money paid for the room, not clean, extra bed is very hard, no hot water, the room is connected to another room. We are not okay with this. We came with my mother and daughter. We felt unsafe.

1. Check in and wait at the Lobby for a very long time. The staff didn't inform what they were waiting for until almost 3 PM. So asked the staff to inform that the room was not finished. 2. Book a room through Traveloka. But the room that was received was on the street side.

The rooms and the environment look reasonable for the price. Some of the hotels are not maintained. Old shabby fitness is not available. And most of the customers come to the seminar.
