We had a text from Grace on the morning of our stay asking what time we would arrive - when we got there she was at the door to meet us - she took the time to ask about our plans and made us feel welcome and valued. The room was comfortable clean and warm. The bathroom although compact was sufficient for our needs. There was an information sheet in the room and along with what you would normally need there was a list of restaurants with contact details - although we didn’t need this it’s very helpful for some older guests who don’t use mobile data. The breakfast was served between 8 & 10 so there was no rush in the morning, with all food prepared to order. The property was well placed and a short walk from the pier, the great orme tram and the town centre - this is definitely a destination I would recommend for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Accommodation was incredible,

Everything about the property was great. Staff, bedroom, breakfast all brilliant. We feel we should have been warned about the scaffolding and plastic sheeting all round the front of the property, which virtually obliterated the view. Providing a bottle of Prosecco and 20% off the our next stay is all well and good, but didn’t mitigate our disappointment, considering it was quite expensive!

Host was excellent room quality very good breakfast was quality. No problem with parking garden and on street .

The most positive aspect of our visit was Sam & his family’s welcoming approach, nothing was to much trouble which made for a memorable stay. Hope to return soon!

if I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would ! they were amazing and very kind. I loved the room and the black book they put together that shows you information about the town and places to go. There are local pubs in walking distance and a tram right down the road. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous b&b.The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful .Will definitely be booking to stay there again and recommending to my friends

We had a wonderful, warm welcome. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the gluten free choice. Parking for 6 cars, although there is additional parking on the road. We will definitely be returning

Beautiful B&B in a great location - just a short walk from the centre of town! Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed and the room was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Wales!

Lovely friendly welcoming owners and staff. Very happy to oblige to our needs. Lovely old property which although needs attention outside the inside has been kept lovingly in keeping with it's age and tipped with modern features. Breakfast was cooked to perfection which resulted in, and I speak for myself, having the full English breakfast throughout my stay. Comfortable, warm, lovely rooms which are bright and airy. The staff were so friendly and helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable.
