Room was very clean, beds were nice, staff was very friendly on check in and the breakfast was very good. The property could definitely use some clean up for better street appeal. We will be staying here next time we do a staycation.

We had a great stay, clean rooms, great staff and delicious breakfast! But be warned there is a $200 damage deposit you need to put down at check in, I was surprised about… but you get back at check out if no damage done.

Clean room and breakfast was good

Service was good, but bathroom toilet was not working properly and bathroom sink would get clogged easily. The staff always great, clean and I would use this hotel again. Loved the superior rooms!

Breakfast was tasty. Room was fine and staff courteous as well. Will stay here again. Not sure what it is with Prince George but few businesses keep their grounds clean. How about getting a sweeper in and cleaning your parking lot. It's hard on luggage wheels rolling them through the winter sand left on the pavement. Also try a pressure washer to clean your sidewalks.

The person who checked us in was fabulous and the breakfast was the best complementary we have ever had!

The breakfast was very good and had a variety for adults and children we had a 1.5 year old and she had plenty to choose from.

The room was clean, and spacious. The hotel is quiet, and clean with a very good buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean , no big towels in room until last day of our stay . Pool and jacuzzi were too cold to enjoy which really was the point of our stay . Breakfast was good, hotel staff were good.

The room was nice, lots of space and quiet, tucked in a corner. The hot tub unfortunately did not have working jets.

The light over the coffee counter was out. No fan in the bathroom though there was a vent. No TV guide when we got there. The hot tub temperature was okay but the jets were out of order. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is in a great location for our drive. It is close to 3 restaurants , had adequate parking and friendly staff. We did not use other amenities such as the pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a good variety of hot and cold items. My one concern of the hotel was an apparent shortage of staff on site when we checked in. We required some additional pillows and extra towel and blanket for the 3 member of our party. The very nice young lady who checked us in was the only one on staff which resulted in a delay in getting our items. The young front desk staff was eventually able to fulfill our requirements. I felt bad for her as there was a lot of check ins at that time.
