Este hotel es muy lindo, las piscinas termales son limpias y muy relajantes. Creo qué el staff debería de tomar mas entrenamiento de como atender sus huspedes. El resto excelente.

El hotel continúa siendo excelente opción, con el plus de las piscinas termales , excelentes habitaciones en la sección nueva . recepción muy eficiente y el Spa es excelente .. Para mejorar : El restaurante deja mucho a desear en servicio, muy dispersos, lentos y la carta. Limitada,en el seviche de chicharrón éste brilla por su escasez , faltan platos regionales y más variedad. En las piscinas el servicio es prácticamente inexistente . Pedimos batas y dijeron q las alquilan. Eso se ve bastante mal para un hotel de esta categoría y precio .

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff is horrible! For starters I had a broken foot and walk in with my 80 year old mom who also has mobility issues and what does the front desk do? Takes forever with no consideration to the fact that I was standing with a broken foot all that time... then she proceeds to assign us a second floor room with no elevator! The lack of common sense and empathy is just appalling. Needles to say I requested a room change and what was given to us felt like a PUNISHMENT. I am not even sure I got what I paid for. So they have NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES The ROOM was TERRIBLE! had paint peeling off and was extremely humid. Bathroom drain was clogged. No towels. First time in my life I walk into a hotel room and I have to call for towels. They also charged for the bathrobes per person per day, arguing we could change them for clean ones any time, but every time we went to change them they didn't have any! The one time in the 3 days we stayed we could changed them we got some that did not fit but there were no other options and we even got one that was ripped. Lastly, breakfast was included but was not great. One of the days we got served hot chocolate and coffee in PAPER CUPS and the food in one of the containers were LEFT OVERS from the containers from the restaurant so it was cold pancakes, cold waffles and cold arepas all in one tray. Very limited options and very low quality. What a shame!

It is very expensive considering the neglected state of the rooms, and not all the thermal pools are operational.

I didn’t like this place , I was expecting way more for the price , this is the only hotel so far who after I paid for my reservation I have to pay extra money on my check in for taxes is ridiculous expensive, the thermal waters were very cold i thought they were be not hot , they closed the nice thermal water at 10 and we barely stay there for an hour , you have to paid extra for robs, and the food expensive and we only order couple drinks it takes more than 30 minutes to get them , even though the restaurant was with a few costumers , the electricity went off a few times!! Terrible, the room they give us had a lick on the sink and the manager change us to a better one , she was very attentive and welcoming, but for this price I won’t ever comeback .

Beautiful place

The cabins were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This is a thermal water hotel, but upon arrival the whole entire hotel didn't have any thermal water running. It took until late at night to fix the problem, but the pool in my room was empty. Then, the staff had to call maintenance because it was an issue with the pool inside the room. I couldn't use the pool until this morning. The other pools in the common areas were freezing and disgusting. Even the robe they have had some stains on it. I especially requested a quiet cabin, and it was a lot of noise from thr cabin next to me until almost midnight? Then tjis morning the area was the uploading zone for all the supplies coming to the hotel. So a bunch of trucks and staff were making a lot of noise The whole experience was horrific and I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. Did an early check out. On the other hand some of the staff was nice and attentive and tried to resolve all the issues they were having the best they could. HORRIBLE PLACE! and very disappointed as yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to have a relaxing time.
