Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be that the only option for a coffee and pasty before 9am is the full buffet in the 7th floor. Not everyone wants a full breakfast. It would be nice if the little coffee and pastry stand in the main floor opened sooner!

Great breakfast, funky hotel, great position if coming to Madrid from train or with car as they have secure parking. Breakfast was great.

Dated property- rooms aren’t as good as th Valencia property.

The staff is very polite

I didn't see a hot tub. Staff was amazing and helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely. Enjoyed the balcony. Breakfast was the best I've had by far at a hotel.

Very nice welcoming and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

This hotel was well situated for us near the Atocha train station. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Dining options are limited -- the one restaurant had a limited menu and mediocre food. Rooms are very clean and well equipped.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was cleaned, staff was professional and friendly. Hotel was close to the train station which was a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very convenient to a lot of the attractions and Atocha train station for any day trips. We loved our room and the gym. The property is updated and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property.

Average and overrated.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. We were very uncomfortable overnight. Other than that it was great !
