Arrived at the hotel around 8:30 pm. It took over an hour to get correct instructions to park the vehicle offsite at a public parking garage. They have less than limited parking as advertised. The hotel has 200 rooms and less than 20 onsite spots. The hotel has a restaurant! Upon arrival we learned it was closed. It was open for a bus load of tourists and that’s it. We headed out to find a restaurant nearby but came up empty. The kitchens were all closed so we went to bed hungry. The rooms do not have AC another frustration that resulted in this hotel experience being absolutely abysmal

Staff was very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was a little small, but the price wasn't outrageous. The location was close to downtown shopping and public transportation. Reduced-price parking was nice, but spots were taken pretty quickly, depending on the time of day. Overall, I will recommend it to others.

I come every year on business and I always come back to the Elite Mimer. I travel a lot as part of my job, but I get hands down the best sleep here. Mattresses you sink into, excellent showers and full length baths to soak weary bones. The restaurant is incredible too- cannot recommend highly enough!

Where to start.... We were given a room in the basement where only a small window, could not be opened. The worst thing was the bed, which was just a closet bed, with an incredibly thin mattress. As this was one of the most expensive hotels in the city, one expects a proper bed, after 8 hours drive. Got no understanding or option for upgrade from hotel reception, lousy service, then called Hotels.com who are always helpful, they arranged with upgrade and a small compensate. The new room had at least a good bed, but also here it was not possible to open the window and there was no air in the room, nor was it possible to adjust the temperature, so it turned out to be a really bad experience. It looked like the upgraded room we got, was from someone else who had complained, because the toilet was used. We had booked a standard double room, got one which was more like economy room. With my e 70+ nights a year, I highly recommend not booking this hotel, my worst experience in many years.

It was a great stay but unacceptable breakfast time. It starts very late.

New and clean. But a bit too cold. Thermostat Can’t be adjusted to higher.

Bra! Valde Elite i Umeå för att det liknade ett prinsesslott. Reste med mitt barnbarn som älskar prinsessor. Fin upplevelse.

Toppen boende inget att anmärka på.

Hadde bestilt superior rom, men fikk et smalt rom i 1.etg. uten plass til lys og nattbord ved sengen. Heldigvis fikk vi byttet rom dagen etter så det det bra ! Frokost ok, men manglet egg og div. første morgen. Senere ok.

Utrolig hyggelige reholdsarbeidere og resepsjonister. Renholdsarbeiderne gjorde en god jobb med renholdet. Dårlig parkering foran hotellet, men Navet parkeringshus ligger 1 minutt unna og er billigere enn å stå utenfor hotellet (plassene eies av kommunen). Frokosten er ikke den beste jeg har opplevd.

Super fina och bekväma rum. Nära restauranger och shopping. Lätt att parkera bilen. Trevlig personal och en fantastisk frukost.

Vi hade inga badlakan eller handdukar. Telefonen funkade inte så jag fick åka ner till receptionen och hämta. I övrigt så var allt toppen. Mysigt hotell.
