Good quality price, pool area should be available for adults after 8:00pm at night instead of 9:30 pm. The pool closes at 10:00 so at least it would have given adults 2 hours of quieter time in the pool and spa. Way too busy area during the day to even think of going for a swim or a spa.

Très belle hôtel, très propre et les gens sont très accueillants .

Hotel was amazingly nice and clean, front staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, only issue with server at the restaurant was not attendance, we kept have to call for cutleries despite they have seen us how many people on the table for a nice dinner. Music and food was 5stars but server has to learn how to respect and reassure if customers are happy with food or offering water at least after food. Hopefully this will change so that we will recommend our friends and families. Otherwise hotel was such a nice tropical experience with live music.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, except behind the electric fireplace! The fire place was making a small annoying noise so I unplugged it. Behind had never been cleaned i think! Aside from that it was excellent

Des réparations dans les chambres seraient nécessaires, la porte de notre salle de bain ne pouvait pas se fermer sauf avec acharnement et plusieurs autres détails dans ce genre

The Reception staff didn’t smile once. We’re not pleasant at all, told me they would email me when my room was ready. I arrived at 5 PM to check to see if my room was ready because I had not received an email. Was treated rudely. We visited the restaurant in the facility. There were at least 60 seats available in view of us, but the woman told us there was no reservations available for the rest of the night and we would have to sit at the bar. We sat at the bar, basically ignored. We received our food an hour and five minutes later. Many other patrons that had arrived with us or after us were fed and left before our food arrived. The bartender should’ve been working in Jamaica, he was definitely on Jamaican time. He was not attentive to not look around. I had to sit there for over five minutes with my glass in my hand to ask for another drink. He did not ask us how our meal was. He did not say hello to us. He did not smile at us. He received an 8% tip. Grudgingly an 8% tip. I am booked here to stay again in a week and a half however, I will be changing my plans and staying in a different hotel in Quebec city. Terrible. On another note, the food was not very good at all. I had grilled squid and I could not cut it with the knife they provided me. I make squid at home much much much better than this Restaurant did. I expected something better from a restaurant. We will never stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, I would rate it at a 10 staff is so friendly and helpful , rooms are huge and so clean, pool is beautiful and so much fun,the diner has excellent food, can’t ask for a better hotel, I will definitely be back, loved it so much❤️

Not many amenities and room was missing soap plus we asked for a king-size bed got double bed

Choose your room wisely if your an early sleeper. Noise from live music band and pool activities can be heard very loud in room off the interior garden/pool area. Overall great stay, very reasonable price.

Room was not the cleanest, cannot set temperature at desired setting, did not have room cleaned the 3 days we were there

The Roma were well cleaned but bathroom should be checked as first day arrived toilet making noise needed to change room
