Lots of activities on site

Staff was very friendly and lots of activities for the kids. Main issue was no cleaning service even when we had the sign in the door asking for it. We had to call to get some service and it arrived while we were in the room at night. No ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t help with humidity, so there was some paint gone from the door and ceiling. Otherwise, it was a clean room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities. Modern and clean rooms.

Room cleanliness could have been better. Staff was good but hotel needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning.

We only got our room ready at 6h30PM.

HOTEL-Parking was very limited. We found ourselves parking at the adjacent lot pretty much daily. The coffee pot and refrigerator were not working. Complained to the hotel Check in staff that my mother n law insulin froze overnight and we had to throw it out. was told a manager would call me back to discuss possible refund or credit and have not heard back. The hotel has one restaurant. Were told by the check-in staff that reservations to eat at the hotel must always need to be made. Made reservation for 7pm. We were sat down right away, the waiter showed up 35min later, and food took another 1hr and 15mins later. Asked for a medium burger and received a well-done burger. I complained to the waiter. He stated Quebec had a law against uncooked red meat- this was confirmed by the manager. I decided to have a chicken burger instead; it took an additional 45min for my chicken burger to arrive, and only because I threatened to leave! I complained to the restaurant manager about the length it took for the full service, and that although I paid the bill, I should have received some type of courtesy credit, and after a back and forth, she gave us two breakfast vouchers. Would not stay here again!

Hôtel qui vieillit un peu mal… Bon service en général par contre 👍, très mal insonorisé et beaucoup d’enfants sur place (c’est un peu leurs vocation donc normal je crois) Mais si vous voulez la tranquillité je vous suggère le Linhberg pas très loin de la !

The hotel is decent but most of it is on the dingy side. We went there a few years ago and nothing has been updated since. You can see signs of poor upkeep everywhere.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. We had a garden view/balcony which was great. FYI for anyone with young ones the noise level in the room is not quiet. While we didn't mind having late night music If had my my small child with me it would not work for us. The beds while new, were extremely firm and uncomfortable but that's my opinion.

Clean room and nice for families

This hotel was a filthy and very unclean. Stayed there for three days over the Christmas holidays never had our room refreshed or clean the entire time. The entire facility was disgusting and the rooms were full of mold. Not a safe environment to stay. Hot tub and pool area was overcrowded and absolutely abhorrent to look at. Just plain filthy! Would never recommend this facility or hotel chain.
