Loved this hotel . The staff were so friendly & helpful .. couldn’t do enough for you . Extremely clean & well maintained rooms . Lovely sun terrace on the roof. Would definitely stay again

Air con was only negative , didn’t know if it was really working and woke up a few times really hot. Staff , bar , location , room , everything else 10/10 we will be back ;)

The check in process gave a chaotic first impression. The hotel is hard to find with no parking or even a place to pull over and drop your bags without cars honking behind you. (I guess this is what they mean by their slogan "For City Lovers"). Parking is in a public lot blocks away. The lobby is tiny and cramped and cluttered with no place to sit and a long line of checking in and checking out with only one person managing. He kept calling for someone to help him but no one came. Rooms are small and minimalist.

Excellent location in the old town and near the cathedral. Large clean rooms with very nice bathrooms and great A/C. Very friendly and helpful staff

Beautiful property in the heart of Palma old town. Well equipped room with everything you could need, and a handy shop directly opposite. Would definitely stay here again.

room 1 is noisy. charging €4 for a bottle of water in the room is a bit much - most better hotels would provide a bottle gratis! the bose speaker was good for music

The outstanding part of staying at the BO Hotel were the staff. They were so inviting on arrival, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.
