We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job of cleaning/mopping the floors. 3) Provide larger trash cans. But overall, great job!

This is a great place to stay, quiet, clean very nice front desk people, beautiful view of santiago, close to restaurants and not far from the subway, i will stay there again! And the price was a bargain!

Good location, in a quiet part of town but still within walking distance to downtown.

As the name suggests this hotel is like an apartment. Has a living room with kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom. The condition was as-new, high quality sheets on he large bed, spacious and spotless. Located a short walk to the Santiago train station and shops. Good breakfast, WiFi worked fine, 24 hour manned front desk with friendly and helpful service. I can't fault it.

Quiet, good neighborhood, terrific staff. Easy access to other parts of Santiago.

Comfort down a bit only because we faced east and the aircon had been built on the 1800s. The result was a very warm room. Room was basic but all we needed. Breakfast more than adequate as well

I was very confortable, was near to comercial center and the neighborhood is calm.

After 3 days in comfortable but small hotel room it was great to be in an apart hotel suite where I have that extra space and can open the windows and breathe the air. Breakfast , though modest is great to have and area is good for working in as its quiet. a few good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance . Front desk was great service and helped out when my Spanish failed , thanks Carlos.

Excelente localização, equipe de excelência e quarto muito bem arrumado.

O atendimento muito bom para check in e outras solicitações porém o quarto não correspondeu ao esperado. O colchão não é confortável. O banho possui tempo determinado para a água quente acabar.o prédio tem bastante ruido: corredores , quartos ao lado e também da rua. Ao lado do hotel tem um estabelecimento: bar ou restaurante e ficaram e dando risadas até a madrugada, impedindo o sono.

Nos está en condiciones de preparar desayuno u otra comida. Le faltan cubiertos, sacacorchos, secador de platos. Demasiado elemental.

Tudo perfeito. Bairro seguro. Apart hotel muito conforta. Nada a reclamar.

Recomendo! Atende a necessidade para turismo. Equipe super atenciosa.
