Nice place, very clean (except for cupboard filled with empty alcohol bottles and upside down dead cockroaches in plain sight). Nice, quiet area. One BBQ and 2 delivered breakfasts were included on 2 nights stay. Bathrooms in every room. Comfortable beds, nice decor, except for the Christmas decorations everywhere (stayed in October).

The owner was very nice. Because the time was so close, I called quite late to inquire, and the owner patiently explained everything to me. The stay was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. My family and I played mahjong, sang, and ate in the living room, having a great time. The bed was soft and very comfortable.

The owner is very friendly, the guesthouse has many rooms, each a suite, and all are fully equipped, making it the perfect place for friends and family to gather! The price is also very reasonable.

The facilities were old, and the four-person room on the fourth floor was damp and had a strong musty smell. If the owner had enough rooms, they could have just opened the second or third floor for us, so we wouldn't have had to climb the fourth floor with our child. In the end, one of our companions couldn't stand it and slept in the living room… The room was also stuffy and hot upon entering; it was the first time we'd stayed at a guesthouse without turning on the air conditioning. We saw online that there was a wading pool for the kids, but there was nothing there, which was very disappointing.

The room facilities were old and basic. The bathroom smelled musty, the showerhead and water pipes were broken, the door handle was loose and not locked properly, and besides the musty smell, the glass partition in the bathroom was covered in limescale. It's just basic renovation with no maintenance. 😕
