Great place to stay for the current pricing.

Not as great as use to be, not as clean as we may expect for this hotel

El hotel se encuentra en decadencia, ya no es lo mismo de hace 6 años conforme va pasando el tiempo sigue decayendo, le falta mucho mantenimiento. La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada los contactos que se encuentran en la cabecera, no funcionan la televisión de la habitación obsoleta y muy pequeña, el gimnasio nunca ha sido renovado, llegué a las 14 45 P.M., como cortesía, la chica de la recepción, no quería asignarme mi cuarto, porque faltaron 15 minutos, he sido un cliente constante., en lo sucesivo, creo que ya no me voy a hospedar aquí.

La ubicación es muy buena...pero es un edificio antiguo que necesita mantenimiento...

We liked the location especially given our travel plans. The service at the front was Ok as was the restaurant. The house keeping services were as horrible as we’ve ever experienced. Even when the room was cleaned they didn’t leave toilet paper, clean towels in room regularly, didn’t fill soap, empty trash cans etc. I can just go on and on will our lists but why bother. We asked for blankets on several occasions and never received them. My sister in-law was staying in the room next door to us and had even worse experiences. Her reservation was with someone else and will also be writing a review. I certainly hope this is helpful.

The front desk staff, valet staff, and bartenders were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The property itself was nice, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The table in my room was filthy, with what looked like red lipstick stains and a sticky residue. I ended up cleaning it myself. The restroom was also dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The hotel has a great location and wonderful staff, but it definitely needs to improve its housekeeping standards.

I was there for a World Cup match, great location, safe area, nice staff, very active neighborhood, it was a great experience.

Front desk guy Edward was very helpful to us and he made sure we got what we were looking for in our stay.

The location of this hotel is great. Easy walking distance to Barrio Antiguo, Macroplaza, Morelos St, Metro stations, etc. The hotel is clean and reasonably remodeled. Staff were friendly and accommodated me for an ultra late check-in when I arrived. I would stay here again while in Monterrey

This hotel is amazing!! The staff even with our language barrier was very helpful!! The restaurant is delicious!! Room is so spacious and comfortable and has a/c. I would recommend it but if you're driving like we are be safe!

The hotel is at a great location but the property is dated and the reception staff rude
