The best location that is what keeps me staying there but they truly in need of remodeling and cleaning of the hotel everything is outdated stayed in the first floor the carpet musty dirty and the worst part was the mattress on the beds i felt i was sleeping in the floor super hard and pillows too I didn’t sleep

5th time booking here staff was so unprofessional , other people were being booked in before the check in time except us. We were waiting in the lobby and clerk didnt even bother to advise when room was ready.

We had no meals at hotel, staff kind and patient, no parking needed, relied on Uber. The room is not equipped with handicapped equipment, specifically the shower for ederly people like myself. There were no shower mats or handrails.

The issue was always the quantity of towels, with 4 in the room, 2 adults and 2 kids they leave always 2 towels … when asked for towels they reply always “ why? Are there not towels in the room?

Clean room and spacious lobby area. Very convenient to restaurants and museum within walking distance

AC takes awhile to crank up especially if its hot outside

Nice area around the hotel. Always stay here when I visit Monterrey. The only downside is that parking is not included

The main floor and lobby are beautiful, the doorman was a nice touch. Checking was a little slow because there was only one clerk with three people in line. We were given a room on the ninths floor, which had a spectacular view of the Monterrey skyline. The door to our room was an issue, very hard to open and close, it appeared like it was falling off It’s hinges or swollen. We told two different people about it, and we still needed to use our body weight in order to open and close the door. The bathroom had the most issues from the shower not draining to a trickle of hot water from the sink faucet. Overall, it was not a good experience, and we do not plan on staying here again.

My first time visiting Mexico , went there to watch Iraq vs Bolivia World Cup qualifying , it was great location , clean room , so many shops , parks , restaurant around I had awesome time

The best location for walking around downtown Macroplaza. Helpful, friendly staff, good food, comfy bed and pillows. CONS. Bring your own washclothes! Or body scrub. They don't have any. We got the room with a view of the inside courtyard but one can only see the windows of other rooms. Poorly lit area where there is a sofa. Very low quality toilet paper. Very slippery marble / tile shower. It made me anxious. The room was spacious.

The rooms were spacious.

The lobby was nice and the rooms were big but had linoleum floors and just didn't look coordinated. Good area though near restaurants and museums. Also, no microwave or mini-refrigerator. Definitely not 4 star. Could be very nice if they did some remodeling and provided some appliances in the rooms.
