The property is beautiful and the room are simple so nothing extravagant if just looking for place to rest your head while the focus is activities.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue agradable en general. Como área de oportunidad, considero importante mejorar la disponibilidad del agua caliente, ya que durante varios días tuve que solicitar apoyo en distintas ocasiones antes de que pudiera resolverse el inconveniente, lo cual ocurrió casi al final de mi estancia. Para mí, una ducha realmente caliente es un detalle importante para disfrutar plenamente la experiencia.

Un hotel muy silencioso, cómodo y pintoresco - los colores, la madera, etc. Está bien cuidado y a tan solo media hora del aeropuerto. Nos gustó la alberca. Todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron amables. Sólo recomiendo que lleven ropa para frío para dormir. Se pone bastante fresco en la habitación y no dan colchas, solamente sábanas.

Great stay!

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Rooms were clean large bathroom with hot water and strong pressure. The place is cozy and traditional. The dining area is beautiful and delicious food. The pool bar has a majestic vive with snacks and drinks.

Lovely quiet traditional hotel with extensive

It's a beautiful lush property, walking distance from the center and the river. They're very helpful with arranging transport to the airport or anywhere. The restaurant is very nice and they have an outside bar by the pool that's open at night for coffee, drinks and snacks.They've done some refurbishing to the rooms, they're simple and clean with great AC and wifi. I've stayed there a number of times through the years and it's always been a wonderful retreat in Chiapa de Corzo!

Beautiful gardens, decent food at restaurant, pretty pool, convenient location

The rooms are ok . My husband didn’t feel so safe. He said he felt like a spirit or something there . I didn’t feel anything. It’s walkable the staff was great .

One of the most beautiful and cozy hotels in the area with a beautiful garden full of all kind of plants & roses , everything was clean , staff members polite & I feel safe and welcomed .

Perfect layover and transition from Tuxla airport to San Cristobal. Spent two nights and was very quiet and comfortable.
