The hotel is next to a local market, perfect for a morning stroll and finding local food. It's close to the Shwedagon Pagoda and various temples, all within walking distance. Some staff speak enough Thai to communicate. Improvements to the musty and cigarette smell in the rooms, and a better Wi-Fi system would make this hotel excellent. The breakfast was delicious.

good location. only 3 steps to Shwedagon pagoda eastern entrance. It's small hotel near fresh market that's why the surrounding is not a kind of luxury, clean or hi-end but it's comfortable and it's really good to have a sneak what local people did. Very friendly and helpful staff. one thing need to improve is I smell very strong cigarette in the room (I guess the smell stick in the room for long time of course even hotel is not allowed to smoking but I think some guess did it). Breakfast in Japanese style, small but tasty.
