Just want to offer sincere appreciation to the staff at Hyatt Place Edmonton. Particularly the front desk staff and management who were extremely efficient, helpful, and kind.

We had a great stay here as always Hyatt never disappoints, such an excellent hotel, breakfast, amenities and wonderful staff, a family- favorite indeed! My daughter was so touched and happy by the welcome surprise she received as we checked in - thanks for your amazing hospitality Gilian! Easy communication with the hotel. Great breakfast!

The staff was friendly, and I really liked the room—it was clean and comfortable. Even though I arrived late at night, the staff welcomed me warmly. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Hyatt Place (another location the first time) and we were disappointed with the breakfast items. For first timers, the pictures on the app can be misleading but our 1st experience was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and we had a variety to choose from unlike this time. We prefer vegetarian items and the pancakes smelled and tasted like bacon which was also available. Unfortunately, our kids couldn't enjoy them and had to discard. However, that was the only drawback,otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was regularly serviced and kept clean. We requested for a microwave and that was also sent to our room so we really appreciate that. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

A perfect traveller hotel. Pool and hot tub were clean but watch your step on the pool deck. Free breakfast was excellent, not just cold cereal but a full breakfast with many choices. The rooms are very well appointed and spacious. Would return, without hesitation.

Bathroom door is frosted glass. Not enough privacy. The shampoo, conditioner and body gel are all terrible. The lighting in the bathroom is awful, trying to get ready for an event. The pool is one of the nicest pool areas I’ve seen at a hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is quite good.
