Easy check in and check out. Room was clean and as pictured. Only downsides were that the curtain pulls and mounting for curtain pulls were quite dirty and staff would essentially not let you in the elevator with them. They refused to let us on the elevator when they had a laundry basket (still plenty of space), so the couple behind us forced their way on after we backed off with our luggage. This happened twice. Location can be a bit bothersome to get to as it’s located on a one way street.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Issues were: It’s very loud. Everything happening in the hallway you can hear clear as day in your room. Seemed to be a lot of little kids running amok- hockey team? Lots of shouting and little supervision. Hotel does not enforce quiet hours or pool adult-only hours. Also, if you like privacy, know that the bathroom door is a THIN sheet of GLASS. Interesting design choice for a hotel room. Hope you like being able to hear your roommates pooping. Otherwise was a good place to stay, definitely clean and food was good, staff were awesome.

The room was clean and well provisioned. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was well provisioned with many choices and changed a bit every day so there was variety.

Lack of billing transparency. Booked a pet friendly room as website stated Dogs Allowed. Was not informed of an additional $100 fee!! Were only advised upon check in. Front desk staff were terrible. Asked to have the room cancelled and money refunded so we could find a hotel with a reasonable pet fee front desk staff were rude and refused to assist. No supervisor or manager available for more than two hours! We’re given the choice of walking away from the $165 we paid for the room or paying the extra $100. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff were always ready and helpful. The restaurant is open late and has excellent food including the free breakfast buffet. Nice pool that is well maintained

The room was great, the staff were mostly exceptional. The big issue we had was the bathroom door is a sliding, frosted glass partition. Bathroom privacy is definitely a priority in any hotel, especially with multiple people staying in a room. Put a real door on a bathroom!
