Amazing time!

Mar paraíso is a great hotel. On the beach, nice pool, very good breakfast with a variety of pastries, fruits, breads and juices. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really good with a lot of water pressure. The highlight of our stay was the massage done by Gleiza. The best massage ever. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed. Schedule a massage with her and you won’t regret.

I loved stay there. The people were so kind and friendly! The grounds and trees and flowering shrubs were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious iwe really recommend Mar Pariaso!

There was a language barrier but they went out of their way to figure things out with us and were extremely helpful… good thing for google translate lol food staff and environment awesome highly recommend

The only downside was that no one speaks English , but I’m ok with …great staff ready to help regardless of language barrier Very good food

Overall we had a great experience. Gabriel, the staff that helped us with the check in process was excellent and very professional. The cleaning ladies also are friendly and so a great job. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, with many options to choose from. The only negative experience we had was at the wet bar. The girl that was serving us was rude and unpleasant. She does not belong there. Because of her attitude we end up not consuming what we intended to and left early than intended. Unfortunately I did not get her name. But besides this minor inconvenience, the hotel is beautiful and a great place to stay.

Overall the property is nice, but not well maintained. The guest rooms are well equipped, but dated and smelling mold. The breakfast is good, but the a la carte dishes are pricey and average.

Well localted, next to the beach and 4 blocks from center. The beach in front the hotel is full of rocks, so using beach shoes is unavoidable. Personal is friendly but not well trained. Generally talking they are not proactive and have no concept of service at all. Wifi only available at the balcony. Breakfast ok. Room was ok. However TV with only 5 channels. Hot water at the shawer last only 3 - 4 minutes (need it at night in September). Pillows smell bud (humidity)

No primeiro dia, pedimos bolinho de bacalhau no restaurante. Infelizmente, não era bom e precisam melhorar bastante para que aquele bolinho seja, de fato, de bacalhau. Isso nos deixou receosos em pedir outros petiscos.

O quarto com móveis antigos, mas confortável. Porém não foi o q reservei...mas o Sr da recepção informou q o hotel estava cheio, então me ofereceu uma outra acomodação com várias escadas, só q meu marido é idoso. Então optei pela primeira. A limpeza do quarto demorava, teve um dia q tiver q ligar umas 3x para recepção solicitando a limpreza, na qual só foi realizada às 17 h. O café da manhã era muito bom! O hotel fica bem próximo do agito da Mucuge.

Excelente localização, piscina muito boa, staff atencioso, acomodação confortável. Os produtos do restaurante não eram repostos. Itens no cardápio faltando.

Hotel oferece facilidade no acesao a praia do Mucuge, rua do Mucugêo e ao Ecopark. Hotel muito bom possui um pqisagismo muito bonito
