Ideal location, just a 5-minute walk to the BTS station. The receptionists speak a little English but are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general, but there is no hair dryer. I had to ask the receptionist, but they often run out of hair dryers to borrow. Seriously, what is so hard to get one ready for each room? I had to stay awake until 3 AM to dry my hair with my handheld fan. The bathroom drainage system has some problems, as it flooded every time I finished showering.

The service was good, and the room was spacious, though a bit old. The air conditioning worked well. Overall, it was okay.

Cockroaches!!! I checked into a room on the 3rd floor and found cockroaches as soon as I opened the door. The room was very dim. The bathroom smelled terrible, like it had only been rinsed with plain water. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy at night; I couldn't sleep at all. And it wasn't just the air conditioner; there were crickets!!! They were as big as my pinky finger and somehow appeared. The window was always closed, and the crickets' chirping at night was so irritating. Not only was the room unclean, but I couldn't sleep at all. I was already tired from a long journey, and I paid over 800 baht a night for this. Think carefully before booking here. The staff were okay though.

There's no hot water, and the parking is inconvenient. The promotional photos are beautiful, but the reality doesn't quite match.

The staff was super helpful and understanding. I highly recommend coming here.

The bedroom is very dusty, very uncomfortable to sleep in. The blanket is very bad, very itchy. For this price, it's considered bad. The only good thing is the location. The service is even worse.

The mattress is very thin, like sleeping on a hard spring. The staff speaks bluntly, as if they don't want to provide service. They are really not suitable to work in service.

The hotel is near many markets and convenient dining. The room is clean, each room does not have a wifi password.

Notification of reservation very long in advance, almost 1 month, but due to flying in the evening, arriving at the hotel at 10:00 p.m., staying on the first floor, the room was very stuffy and not soundproof. People check in later. Still got it upstairs. I don't understand the hotel. Why didn't you lock the room? Otherwise, why reserve in advance?

The assistant staff spoke as if they didn't want to provide service at all. I was so disappointed.

Was a nicer mini hotel before. Some aspects of the room are high class, but it needs a bit of maintenance, some peeled paint on lower bathroom walls, etc. Maybe it's fair for what it is, as it is a good price in a central location. Great to just walk out and get to the Sky Train in a few minutes. Sometimes the desk wasn't so bubbling or happy, maybe it was some tough days when we stayed.

The room is a bit old but convenient for traveling.

Bad service. Can't speak english. Can't help enything and very bad attitude especially reception staff men at lobby. When I call and need something he can not to help and and turned off the phone while I was talking with him 🙂.
