Good hotel. Very clean.

None of the staff were friendly. Desk clerk was on her phone and seemed bothered that a lady was checking in. No one was greeted by hello or have a nice day or how can we help. This hotel was great but zero customer service on being friendly

I don’t know where to start with this hotel. It was truly a disappointment. From the moment you walk into the hotel, it just feels dirty. The main common areas are dirty. The front entrance is dirty, hallways' carpets are not vacuumed, and the front desk area is cluttered with junk. The staff are dressed in sweatpants; in fact, the morning staff front desk person looked like she was in pajama bottoms. Our first night there, we were on the first floor. When we walked in, the room felt musty and the carpets were damp. The room itself was not the cleanest and really small. The walls were all dinged up, and the carpets were not vacuumed. The sink didn’t drain. We stuck it out the first night, and in the morning, I asked if we could be moved. The front desk employee was not at all helpful. She looked up from her cell phone and said, "Well, I’ll call a repairman." We came back around 3, and the room hadn’t been cleaned at all, the sink still not draining properly. I asked to be moved again. This time the staff was way more helpful; they moved us to a different floor, and it was a bit better. After the second night we check out.

The facility was very clean. The parking had access ability and the staff was very friendly and kind.

Comfortable stay. Safe area. Nice hot tub.

Overall, the hotel is decent. I wasn't very happy with the hair still in the room on the bathroom floor or being woken up by yelling guests at 0400 for an hour. The breakfast was fine and the staff friendly. This is still one of the better hotels in Sudbury I have stayed at, surprisingly.

From the welcoming of the staff, to the outstanding amenities, this motel was amazing. Breakfast was great, with amazing options. This hotel had downhome loving environment. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful stay after a terrible experience at another hotel in the city. The staff were incredible.
