Room was nice, clean and quiet. Front staff was so helpful and friendly. Loved the water and brownies out during the day. Great common relaxing areas both inside and outside garden.

Disappointed that I was not told ahead of booking that rooftop bar would be closed. We went to Claris rooftop bar and will stay there next time. It was beautiful and had heaters to take off the chill.

Had an amazing terrace with view of Casa Mila. Convenient to Many sites, walkable to the most visited places. On third night our room experienced a conplete loss of water for a long stretch of several hours right when we needed showers. No sink, no toilet either. While they immediately began work to fix it, they offered no interim solutions. A bottle of sparkling wine was sent up (while still without use of facilities) presumably for the trouble but we don't drink and honestly we would have rather been moved to a working room or comped a night. Excellent reception staff, very kindly held baggage first day. Breakfast is phenomenal, don't skip the scrambled egg with Iberian ham and carmelized onions. Serving staff for breakfast were terrific. Stay here, the location is perfect.

We were there for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The hotel and the rooms are excellent , staff very friendly and helpful. Views from the rooftop bar are incredible not to mention the patio areas. Such a peaceful spot to enjoy a nice dinner or an evening drink. . It’s an oasis in the middle of a busy city. Highly recommend it.

Great location, extremely friendly service. Only taxis can wait out front. We ran into a snafu when the bolt drove was parked at the corner and we had a little language barrier figuring out where he was located.

Rooms are fantastic! Lots of space and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast at the hotel but it was also good w a broad selection.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We loved our stay here. From the moment we entered everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing and we can’t say enough nice things about this place. We recommend everyone to stay here for the first time in Barcelona.

Garden area and rooftop pool and lounge area were perfect! Francesca is amazing and went above and beyond to find me a cord for my CPAP machine that was left at home!

Our Deluxe Double Room was spacious, quiet, and even had a double sink with two rainfall shower heads. Location is super convenient and very walkable. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Would definitely syay here again!

Excellent service, especially at breakfast. Good breakfast for extended hours with the usual buffet plus hot menu options and specialty coffee. Very comfortable and large garden-view patio room. 2 pools but both are very small-garden patio pool is shaded and rooftop pool is set up for the adjacent bar rather than sitting in the sun. No workout room. Good, central area near shopping and a few decent local restaurants. Would stay again.
